They are beautiful!
Thank you! 😊
Beautiful baby gifts! I really like the turquoise ones!
Hi! I'm so glad you liked them! TY so much🙂
I bought some of this type of fabric. I made kerchief bibs & burp cloths. I have lots left so I can make wash clothes ❤❤❤thank you for the idea. ✔️👍💜❤️🙂
Yes! It's a lot of fun making right?! So glad you can make washcloths too! Thanks for watching, Jules
These are so sweet. Love the double gauze fabric.
Hi! I love it too!! TY🥰
Love love the fabric , in South Africa we don't have such quality and if you get they charge an arm and a leg😊
Hi! It is very beautiful fabric. I see dresses being made with them too and it’s soft. I wish it was easier for you to access. I appreciate you stopping by!!💕
This was awesome, I really think you are a sewer👏👏👏. Yes my momma taught me the same way! Ohhh how I miss her🥰.
I know those gifts will be well used and appreciated. I’ve never sewn with gauze yet, but it looks to have sewn up nicely.
I have included a layer of the ripstop material in the middle of a bib as it is waterproof.
Thank you for sharing, I enjoyed the interaction w/momma. 🥰❤️😀
You’re so sweet! Thanks for saying that! Our mommas taught us well then. So sorry for your loss, Moms are so special❤️ I appreciate the tip!!
Beautiful sewing projects❤
Thank you!! 😊
Yes! You are a sewer, too! Loved this tutorial ! Love everything you made! I have recently sewn some things for a new baby…mostly flannel, but some gauze and some quilting cotton. The gauze feels great, but I found it a little harder to sew!
Awww, thank you for that! I really like the gauze fabric but i do see your point, it can be a little fussy to keep it from gathering or folding while sewing. This was a fun project too!! Ty for your comment! Jules
I love these! Where did you get the chew ring things?
Hi! I have a full product list on my blog here thejuleboxstudios.com/baby-sewing-project-making-bibs-washcloths-burp-cloths-and-rabbit-ear-teethers/ but for the rings I got them here amzn.to/490DzRT Thanks for watching!
❤
Very nice for not being a sewer 🤓👍
I try! LOL. Thank you😊
What kind of fabric are you using?
Hi! I’m using bubble/waffle fabric. Thanks for commenting. Jules
What kind of fabric is this?
Hi! It's cotton gauze/bubble fabric. There's a lot of info and pictures on my blog with product lists! Thanks for watching!! thejuleboxstudios.com/baby-sewing-project-making-bibs-washcloths-burp-cloths-and-rabbit-ear-teethers/
How many layers of fabric did you use for the burp clothes?
hello! So I wanted these thick so technically 8 layers except for the teethers. So all of the fabric came in 2 layers except the creamy one, that was a thick 4 layer fabric so I used 1 double layer for fronts, 1 double layer for the backs and 1 - 4 layer (the cream fabric) for "stuffing. On some I used a solid for the "stuffing" and the cream for the back so essentially 8 layers (2 doubles and a quadruple make 8 layers). I hope that helped 😊 Jules
Thank you! Yes, that makes sense!
