  • In this video, I set up and use a DTF printer that I received from ProColored. The model is the A4. They also have an A3 which prints larger film. Use the code MAKINGWITHMARILYN for a discount ($80 as of when I uploaded the video). ProColored is having a nice sale during the month of August 2023 also.

    Nice do you have to print daily to keep the ink from clogging or is this not the printer that clogs up. Have a blessed day.

    • @MakingwithMarilyn
      @MakingwithMarilyn  Год назад +1

      DTF printers are more prone to clogging due to the white ink. It is not as thin and watery as the colors. This printer has an ink stirring feature and a heater. I just got it up and running a couple days ago, but have been printing a small one-inch square design each day until I know more about the qualities of DTF printing.

    You CAN use a Mac with these 😁 Macs come pre installed w something called “boot camp.” It allows you to download windows software on your Mac and lets you switch between the 2. (You can’t use both at same time but you switch between them.) It’s not hard to do just a little intimidating. However Mac makes it simple and walks u through the entire process.
    I thought the same as you at first until I dug a bit deeper into it and read about boot camp. 😁

(Or else you won’t be able to rip/print it.) Just thought to add this incase anyone’s looking into doing this. But it works perfectly on a Mac this way. ❤

      Some people that have tanks with large openings just dump it straight from the bottle. I was able to use the funnels for all but the white ink. The tubes took up so much space I used the syringes for it.
