Great video, thank you! I am between this one and the pro. I was told the only difference is speed. This one has a single print head vs a double. Not sure it its worth spending the extra money over a few mins.... Are you able to line up different prints with this one back to back or do they have to be one at a time if you have different designs? Thanks again for the video. Very easy instructions to understand. Love your designs as well!
Thank you! I'm very impressed by this machine. Yes you can line up multiple prints at a time. I've printed 5 different designs at one time before. In the software, you just line them up and the machine will print them in one print. You're welcome, I'm so glad you enjoyed!
You skipped where you installed the roller rack and thats what I am having trouble with. Does the rod just sit inside the grooves? Any tips will be helpful please.
Yes the rod sits in the groove. The rod slides through the middle of the film and it's secured with a piece on each end that is screwed to the rod.
Hi, you did not show the paper loading performance step at thet beggining. Have you tried to click on the paper button to see if the printer would load it automatically? :)
Hi! I have not tried the button. I just manually feed the paper, but that's just a personal preference for me.
Hi, i just wanted to ask how its all going. I recieved my procolored printer and oven today. It is all a little daunting to try to figure it out so far.

@@sarahscreativeboutiquellc that's good to hear! I hope you don't mind me asking a question? I've been asking around different people it if essential to leave the printer on the whole time? I get that it needs to circulate the ink but I'm a bit worried for my electric bill. Just wondered what your procedure is
@@martingoodier849 In my opinion, yes it's essential to keep the printer on all the time. Especially for the white ink, it can get clogged very easily so you want it on all the time circulating the ink.

Does your thermostat stay on or shut off automatically
On both machines the thermostat is always on. I haven't ever changed the setting on the dtf printer.
What size roll did it come with?
11.8 inches width and 328 ft long

Hi, thank you! Yes it can print a 13 inch roll.
hey sara awesome video!! i just bought this machine and have been having issues because the manual is so unclear. can i pay $50 you to hop on a zoom call to answer some questions?
I'm just learning as well and don't fully know everything about the machine. I've done a lot of troubleshooting through the procolored website itself and watching RUclips videos! If you have a specific question you can ask me through my comments and I'll do my best to answer it.
