I'm glad you're able to use the software well. I am having a nightmare with the software. Everything is printing right on the edge of the paper (sometimes cutting it off) and I can't get my images without a background. Do I have to convert my images to a particular file type. I would love to see a video explaining the software because I can't find anything out there 😫 I'm struggling so far
Hi! I have another video that will be coming out first, but after that I'll make a video dedicated to the software program. I've had lots of questions on it, so I'll make a walk-through video discussing the ins and outs of the program. I use a png format for my images, but I believe you can use multiple different file types. I remove the backgrounds from my images before I put them into the software and haven't had any issues from doing that.
@@sarahscreativeboutiquellc great. Thank you. I figured out very slowly that images need to be in PNG format. I feel like there is not enough information explaining the software out there 😕
@@owlbecrafty I used the Procolored inks at first, they worked great. I currently use a different one on Amazon. I haven't ever used the procolored dtf powder, I've just used one I purchased from Amazon.
@@sarahscreativeboutiquellc thank you for responding. I just recently purchased the Procolored bundle that comes with inks and powder, was just curious if that had been the case for you and if there was a reason why you stopped using the Procolored powder. Any reason why you switched up the inks, was it cost?
@@owlbecrafty Yes, at the moment cost was a key factor for me for switching. I never had any issues with the ink, I just needed a more affordable option for the time being.

@@martingoodier849 Yes, I agree! There is definitely not enough information. I've had to do a lot of trial and error on my own to figure things out.
Question, do you use Procolored inks? Did you ever use the Procolored DTF powder, if so, any reason why you don’t use it anymore?

@@sarahscreativeboutiquellc ok, understood! Good to hear it that the ink wasn’t an issue 😉
