Thanks Trey! Definitely agree with you on that. I like that depending on the car that Tamiya puts on the body you can build it as the right configuration...however...I'm not too thrilled with their instruction manual this time around. I'll be showing that in the next video.
Awesome kit Freddy! I’ll need to know where you are finding these decals because I have a feeling I might be doing some fast n furious cars in the future
I believe Lancia 037 is 236mm, and the BT-01 only goes to 251mm, correct me if im wrong. I used the TA02S for the Corolla WRC which is 236mm as well. The RX-7 you did was sick
You're definitely correct Rex. The 037 is a 236mm wheel base. Might be some confusion as I don't plan on putting the 037 on the BT-01 I just used it as an example of a car that should never have been put on a 4WD chassis. But I'm also aware that the BT-01 chassis may have some issues but until I build the chassis myself I'll reserve my comments until later. And thank you!! The RX7 is definitely now one of my absolute favourite builds. Oh, and your off road drifting with the BT-01 looks awesome...I was quite surprised how stable it was to drive in the dirt!
COOL idea! Paul Walker tribute.
I thought this car and this chassis needed the Paul Walker treatment.
Awesome project. This classical motor/drive configuration is teasing me too. Looking foward to see it run and your experiences.
Thanks Dirk. Definitely looking forward to seeing how this goes.
Nice first look. I like the versatility of this chassis. It’ll be in our fleet one day.

Great unboxing. I will definitely keep an eye on this project.
Thanks Dirk! Should be a fun one!
