    How often would you do this??

      1x or 2x a day. Don't forget to give yourself ample time to rest. GET IT DONE!

      Amazing question...So I like to rotate between 4 abs and core workouts per week, for 1 month before changing it up.so I would do this specific workout 1X oper week if that makes sense..then use 3 other abs and core workouts as well.
