I came here to see how to set the clock. Every t680 on our yard has a clock that is wrong. It would be understandable if we had only gotten the trucks yesterday, but we've had them many months. What drives decisions that rewrite all reality is the knowledge that the customer will never know. The customer and the person who actually drives this truck are always two different people.
The engineers should have to use these trucks as a daily driver. The trucks would be designed a lot differently then. We have a fleet full of them and I consider them subpar for trucking.
Got phone to connect to Bluetooth but how do you make a hands free call or disconnect an incoming call figured out you push the radio dial to answer but how do you disconnect while driving!??
I cannot figure out how you get into the time setting menu. I’ve pressed the knob while parked and it did not get me to the settings shown in this video.
How do you calibrate the Fuel Economy display? Mine is floating around & that blue bar with the ball that be going from left to right isn't moving at all ect..
I swear I will never buy another T680 in my life. The trucks nice if the transmission and mechanical parts on the truck and self worth of junk. I keep up on all my vehicles, especially my truck and the thing still breaks down every two weeks stay away from automated transmissions specially on the 2019’s and up on his Kenworth.
yeah off a cliff LOL. i drive a 2017 T880 day cab 18 speed manual transmission. its a really nice truck i really like it, but you only get that kind of mileage bob tail. i pull milk tankers and gross can exceed 100K. on level ground you will get between 5-5.5 with a loaded tanker, start going up steel grades you will get between 4-4.5 aprox. as i said my truck can be quite heavy at times.. my assigned truck has the paccar MX13 485 hp engine. it is without a doubt a great truck and well suited for the farm pickup work i do with it.
@@zbrozvideos2343 there are many factors to consider. how much weight are you pulling? the tankers i am pulling..... gross weight exceeds 100K frequently. my route is all stop and go very little highway driving and its all hills.
really? i get around 10.3 bobtail & between 8.1-9.2 loaded. mines the 19 t680 aswell. do you have the cummins or the paccar? i have the paccar, thats the only difference i could think of. i think i did hear it was supposed to get better mpg, but i wouldnt have thought it'd be that drastic.
I cannot find any forum or video that shows how to exactly change the time on the dash. I am very computer literate and I cannot make it change.

@Better Late than never Its a shame, someone can make it read whatever they want.

9.2mpg lol riiiiight
Manuals get better mpg I own both
Manual CAN get better mileage with the right shifting technique. But automated transmissions eliminate that variable.
