      I have always been consistent with my stretching, and this series, for me, added new exciting stretch classes to my repertoire. I stretch after every workout always! It's the best part♡!!

      @@CDornerFitness This really helped me both ways and I for sure will keep this up. Wednesday was totally for just stretching and mobility; 1 quicker in the morning before work, in the evening first one sweaty yoga style 30 min and after that 30 min relaxing stretches. I have done this type of exercises earlier too, but not enough. So, thank you so much, Chris, for "getting me hooked" into these. And as a bonus, my husband, who normally always skips this type exercises, has finally started to realize, that he also will benefit from these. So he started this 30 days challenge by himself too now. Thank you ❤️🙏

    I am proud to be putting my health first. I have lost 90 pounds, started step aerobics, strength training, walking daily and now added stretching- a lot of thanks to you Christina for helping me believe I can do it! Modify don’t cry!! ❤to you

    I never wanted it to end but at least I’ve got nearly 200 other mobility videos to work through! I’m proud of everyone who did this, proud of you for putting it together, AND I cannot believe you said you hope to get another one to us soon. You know I’ll bug you for it 😂

    I am proud that I completed the 30 days. I was doing the mobility classes on a regular basis beforehand but the challenge kept it very consistent and was fun. We are all very proud of you Chris for your exceptional commitment and effort. Your success is so very well deserved.

    No😢, this can't be the last one. I'm not ready, I thought I would be, but I'm not.😮 I need more sessions. I AM PROUD of myself for completing the entire challenge. I'm also proud of all those like me who said they would try one and completed more than they thought they could. Congrats to everyone. Thank you for relaxing my body and mind every night before bed. It has made a significant difference when sleeping. ❤🎉😊

    I am proud! Can not believe the 30 days are over. I have learned so much about my body doing these stretches, i can now sit cross legged! And i can actually turn my head a little further 🥰 thanks Chris, i am going back to the beginning from tomorrow to repeat it all again x💜

    Thank you for providing this awesome series. The older I get, the more aware I am that "use it or lose it" is not just a cute saying, and your various routines, including the mobility series, helps me keep active without having to leave my house. Almost two years ago I realized that I had to have a plan to stay active most days, since I was no longer taking care of horses on a daily basis as I had for almost 25 years. Increasing my daily activity means that I have that little bit extra that I need when I take our Boston Terrier to agility class and run him through the obstacles.

    Please, Chris, do a yin yoga class🙏!!! You are my absolute favorite instructor, and a yin class with you would be THE BEST! I am proud that I got back from vacation and fell right back into my routine. I worked out, then did this stretch class. It felt soooo good!! After all, it's what we do consistently that matters😊.

    🇨🇦I am proud to say I made it from Day 1 to Day 30! At first I dreaded the longer videos but today on Day 30 I didn’t want it to end. Congratulations to myself and all those who stretched any or all of the days. I’m going to start the challenge all over again! A big thanks to Chris and all those who helped to put the challenge together!!! ❤❤❤

    dear Christina, I just finished the challenge! I did them all. All of them in the evening, because, they upload was a little too late for Germany mornings. I enjoyed every day, the videos were always short enough, that even in the late evening I was able to convince myself to do it, also on days, when I had migraine, and only some triptanes kept me alive.
    I am now looking forward to the winter, where I will do more of your videos in general, and of course more of your longer mobility videos. This was a good start in the first dark days of fall and winter.
    Thank you very much for your work. So much preparation from your side that this 30 days have worked.

    I am proud that I did what I could when I could, with this challenge. I still feel as if I have done my body some good. I would like to continue with your weekly mobility session as a part of your programme- it helps with relaxation and muscular tension.     I am so proud that I completed all 30 days. It was a challenge at first but recently I looked forward to these. Calming, relaxing, soothing, and beneficial.     I am proud that I stuck with this whole 30 day challenge because I was not one to do mobility other than what you taught once a week. I'm hoping to keep doing these daily, they felt so good and it was helpful for me that they were 20 minutes and less.     I am proud that I made time to do the whole 30 days & that I will definitely be incorporating the routines into my workout schedule. Todays routine was so calming, I actually wasn't making shopping lists etc in my mind but was completely relaxed. Thanks Chris this 30 Day Mobility Challenge was fantastic ❤

    I am proud of myself for committing to this 30-day challenge. I have followed through the month of November, using the date as the reminder for which day I was up to. I don't like yoga, but this stretching challenge has been perfect. I loved that each day was different, and a short time for me to spend on myself.

    We completed the 30 day fitness challenge. My wife and I along with two of our daughters who would remotely join from their homes to do the challenge together each day. thank you for putting this together. it made a difference for us physically as well as a fun chance to share time together.

    I missed the 30 day challenge but I have probably done this stretch 10 to 15 times this past month before bed and I love it. Puts the work day out of mind and gets me ready to relax.....not an easy task for this high strung human!

    You did it, Chris, and I am proud to be a part of it. Used this for extra stretch from Black Friday arm wo. I do see subtle changes after doing these so want to keep it up. Love it's short, going to go back through to organize and save, Like a little wo before work and these were a great option. Short n sweet!

    This was the best one yet! I love the longer static stretching. I am sad the challenge is over but plan to continue on my own. I am about 3 months into my own challenge to do stretching or mobility every morning which started when you first mentioned your challenge. And I am proud.

    I am proud I completed Day 30. Sad I had to do it a day later but due to the circumstances of my day. Need this relaxation and stress. Will definitely be doing this one again in the coming days when I get home from my child’s evening activities to decompress mentally and physically from the day. Missing yesterday I had trouble sleeping as I couldn’t get my mind to stop thinking. Will keep trying to do these stretches nightly and others as needed. Thank you for encouraging us all to be healthy both in body and mind.

    I am proud! This is one of my favorites. I'm sure it's because I did all 30 days, but I got spinal adjustments from a couple of these moves today... a month ago, that wouldn't have happened. I've made notes and categorized each of the 30 routines so I have a cheat sheet when I am looking for something specific i.e., before workout, 1st in the morning, at work in my cube, post workout etc. Thank you so much for taking the time to put these together.     Day 30 ! Settled in when everyone was asleep but me and the dogs ! Brought my tea and dimmed the lights ! This was a perfect end to a wonderful month of stretching. I will 100 % continue with your mobility !
    PS my fave were the first few - Mainly cause the music had a Dawson's Creek feel and it made me giggle and reminiscence! Ha ! Thanks Chris - the time you put into this challenge shows. We love you❤ and I am so so proud ( of us ).

    Thanks for this. In the 30+ years I have been working out, I’ve never done anything like it. I look forward to repeating it and continuing to make it part of my day. I have been doing one first thing in the morning and another before I go to bed. I am proud.

    Liddy and I are proud to have accomplished this challenge. What started as mobility Monday, and then increased to include flexibility Friday, will now grow further to also include wind down Wednesday!!
