I think my husband has been converted. Perfect stretch after today's 70s & 80s advanced step class! Music and choreo were 🔥🔥🔥. I'm on fire with this mobility challenge. After the 10 min stretch, I put on a soothing ocean sounds video and continued with my own favorite moves: figure 4, happy baby, and the inner/outer stretch with a yoga belt (in my case, a belt from my fuzzy robe🙄). Thanks Chris for giving us this challenge. I haven't done mobility every day, but I'm stretching at least 5 days a week. ❤️💯❤️
I have really been feeling tight and stressed lately and I did this today and truly felt so much better. I had to pick an all-standing stretch as I am at my office and didn't want to get on the floor - ha! I look forward to integrating more of your mobility workouts into my exercise routine. I was a dance teacher and have forgotten how WONDERFUL stretching feels. Thank you for your guidance and encouragement to keep us all healthy and limber! Movement is the key to feeling better!

This is my new go to workout stretch! I continue to come back to it each day. Stretching my calves, quads, and hamstrings has significantly decreased the discomfort I normally feel in my right knee. Doing the stretch with you leading me helps me to hold the stretches long enough to make a difference. Thank you so very much!❤
