I rarely comment, but I loved this class! Everything about it was great from the warm-up, to the pilates, cardio, and cool down! Thanks for getting rid of that large mic too, this is way better! Your new formatting is exceptional with showing the next move within the 15 second transition. Thanks for a great class!

I did this workout this morning. It was a great workout. Exactly what I needed today. And I was soaked after the 7 minute cardio segment in a good way!
Thanks, Michelle. Finally got around to doing this. Great workout. I wanted a shorter workout, but once I got started I seemed to kick in and get more energy, so I ended up repeating the full body workout part, but then I almost couldn't make it through the cardio! lol. I just modified the third round to some low-impact, slower movements, just so I could keep moving....Probably going to feel this tomorrow. Planning on a good stretch.

And here's a disclosure, I am not a huge fan of Barre but I have also learned that the only reason for that is because I had not done Barre with YOU!! I modify standing moves a bit due to my knee but you have absolutely been a Barre game changer for me!!!!❤

Wow! That workout kicked my butt! It's inspiring to see a mature women leading the workout. I'm 35 years old and I can no longer follow fitness videos who the instructor looks like in her 20s because I'm not following someone who half the reason her physique is nice because she has a fast metabolism.

I’m dripping sweat! This one had my heart rate up and I didn’t even realize it until I looked at my tracker afterwards. Amazing!
