I'm beginning to like Pilates a bit more now, even the wobbly balance exercises. It's only when you attempt them yourself that you realise just how fit Eleni is.

I love pilates because you can do it even if you feel tired! I really wanted to change up my workout routine this week and this different Hiit version was really interesting... it challenged by balance. The lift leg extensions and the balancing leg swings were the hardest for me.
You look so elegant doing this, it makes me focus on the quality of my movements. Thank you!

This work out kicked my butt! I had to take breaks here and there. The 50 second break halfway through wasn’t enough lol I also had to modify some poses but that’s okay, I still got a great workout. However, I noticed my core is stronger and my balance is a lot better. I don’t wobble anymore. I have to admit my waist feels slimmer, legs feel slimmer too. My posture is straight. I love your channel! Thank you Eleni! ❤

Eleni, a lot of thanks to you for super cool exercises! 🙌😻💯💖 But in my opinion, jumping should be at the beginning of a workout for an intense warm-up, and not at the end before cool down.
I believe part of the HIIT philosophy is doing a burst of cardio at the end. But Eleni has lots of non-HIIT videos too.
