I have bulging discs in c3-c7 and i love the alternative workouts you have with no jumping because they can help to not aggravate the discs but i was just curious if youd consider doing a workout that is more sensitive to people with neck issues. Thank you for everything 🥰🙏

Thank you for another great workout! Think I got cold sweat before real sweat due to the balancing acts 😅. If it isn’t too much asking, is it possible to have an explanation shorts about some of the poses? E.g L-Heel Lifts, feet hip width apart? Focus on the floor? 🙏
At first you thought is easy to follow, no sweat. after 13 minitues, sweat like a river. But this workouts... I can't thnak you enough. if you have harniated disc like me and abs workouts on the mat killing you, this is your girl to help you sweat. Thank you Eleni, you are doing amazing sweetie....
