Simple skincare for me at age 81. I cleanse my face and neck with Ponds cold cream! Then I use Elf Holy Hydration gel in a tall slender pump bottle, followed by Elf moisturizing cream, fragrance free for my night treatment. In the mornings I rinse my face with lukewarm water and use a soft bath cloth to rub off the night products and slightly dry my face. Another round of Elf holy hydration gel and a moisturizer with SPF, fragrance free by Oil of Olay. I use Elf foundation in a pump bottle, a concealer for age spots and a stick blush by Elf. I go over my face with a damp makeup sponge then dust a finishing powder over my face. A little eye liner and I am done.
My Mum drilled in my head at a very young age “always moisturize your face, you only get one face.” People never believe my age but my hands give away my real age so I am definitely going to start using the back of my hand. Thank you Doctor Mandel, great video love ya.
You don’t really need to use the back of your hand, just remember whatever you use on your face you should also use on your hands, I’ve done this for over 30 years and have no wrinkles on my hands…they get exposed just as much as our faces do.

I add 2 drops of moringa oil to my daytime moisturizer. It's a great wrinkle reducer and also helps reduce skin sag. At night, I put several drops of moringa oil and add 2 drops of frankincense on my face and neck. My husband asked if I was doing something different because my skin looked younger.
...Is there a certain Brand of Moringa Oil you use ? And of the Other Oil you mentioned ? Thank you.

@texasstardust6010 Yes. The moringa oil is from MORINGA ENERGY LIFE. The castor oil I get is from 2 different companies. Both are organic, cold pressed, and hexane-free. HERITAGE STORE and QUEEN OF THE THRONES are the 2 brands I have. The moringa oil is organic, also.
@PollyAmorous that's a great thing to do, also. I do as well, along with chlorella and spiralina. Lot's of greens. 💚

Thankyou so much!!! I always use cold water and gentle face wash; didn't use oil because I was careful and stayed clear from scrubs. I stopped using make-up in my 20's because it felt like my skin could not breathe. This will conquer my dry skin:)☺

Myself I rarely use soap on my face bit of shampoo on my wash cloth/sponge but mostly up and inward motions with the water running on my face i lotion my skin head to toe as often as I can but listening to you doc i now use apple cider vinegar for much of skin hair and seem to be clearing up a big bump or whatever it is i even been well putting apple cider vinegar in my ears not long but it seem to help me hear people speak more but
And most people don't believe my age too they figure around 10-15 yrs younger than what my age actually is that well makes me feel good but i know many that look 10-20 yrs younger than what they are but well

I only ever wash my face with tepid water and follow all your tips. My skin has never been better. Your videos are a life saver when you can’t afford all these exspensive creams.
I prefer the natural approach over chemicals any time. Ps I always put the products on back of my hand to massage this in.

Hi Nancy! ❤️ I have been trying the " damp face" hack since your last visit. Do you have any remedy for sun screen dryness? I do use a retinol moisturizer first.
