I've had this startup error on my Lenovo L13 Yoga (Gen 2) but instead of the continuous beeping sound looping sound of the beeping it makes the same beeping noise of your laptop but only once. My laptop boots properly after making the noise but I still want to know why it makes the noise. Could you explain to me why it makes the beeping noise? Edit: this happens occasionally so i can't always get my phone out and record it and by the time i do get my phone the beeping is already over.
