      Eat fruits at night and remove 1/3 food at breakfast and lunch. Leave fried and non veg. Drink always hot water.

    Haha wht a perfect time for a challenge.
    I started prepping myself for fasting last days to start on dec 1 st. I want to loose minimum 5 kg in this December.
    Current weight 72.90kg
    Target weight 60 kg
