This is one of my favorite guided meditations. No music, no constant talking. Just the right amount of guidance. Thanks!
It's terrific. Hard to be mindful or meditate on a thought when a new sentence is spoken every 5 seconds. I suppose that in itself is a practice of patience though

i feel so weightless when i open my eyes after the meditation is done, its crazy. i’m completely zoned out. it’s great without the background music and the fact that the voiceover doesn’t tell me when to inhale or exhale, i can do things at my pace and really trust myself to stay focused
Excellent... I agree that the lack of background music and chatter makes this much more powerful. The silence/guidance balance is perfect.
This is all you’re ever gonna need in a meditation. Anything more is a distraction and only gives you something to think about…which is the opposite to what you want when you meditate. Fantastic session! Thanks
The best guided meditation I have done, I do this every morning. The pauses he has between are perfect and gives you times to actually meditate, no music or constant talking.
My mom made me do this.....I never knew I needed it till I tried!

That 15 minutes felt like 5 minutes. It felt comforting that you pointed out thats okey for the mind to wonder and its normal and then to gently put focus back on the breath.

Wish I had discovered this and the 30 minute version years ago. The 15 minute version I use for "break glass" (emergency) meditation, and the 30 minute version for daily maintenance. Thank you to Declutter The Mind.

I like this meditation. I didn’t think I’d like to not have background music but it was really great. I like the slower pace with time in between guidance. Perfect.

Thanks for these. Very well done. Much appreciated. A peculiar phenomenon, at the closing phase of the meditation, that’s when my resistance to the process drops and I then sink into a deeper meditation. I’m going to try shorter meditation followed by a longer one.

This definitely made a difference with no background music. I laid down with a face mask to complete this meditation and didn't once feel like I was falling asleep which was perfect for me. Thankyou😊
As a beginner to meditation this has been an amazing introduction! No other guided meditation ive found so far over the past week helps me center myself as much as this one has. just wanted to let u know you're the one that got me into meditating! my therapist recommended it a long time ago and I hated other guided meditations because I felt like they were too much and the music/general atmosphere would throw me off. I love how simple and gentle yours are.
