It's terrific. Hard to be mindful or meditate on a thought when a new sentence is spoken every 5 seconds. I suppose that in itself is a practice of patience though
i feel so weightless when i open my eyes after the meditation is done, its crazy. i’m completely zoned out. it’s great without the background music and the fact that the voiceover doesn’t tell me when to inhale or exhale, i can do things at my pace and really trust myself to stay focused
This is all you’re ever gonna need in a meditation. Anything more is a distraction and only gives you something to think about…which is the opposite to what you want when you meditate. Fantastic session! Thanks

This definitely made a difference with no background music. I laid down with a face mask to complete this meditation and didn't once feel like I was falling asleep which was perfect for me. Thankyou😊

Wish I had discovered this and the 30 minute version years ago. The 15 minute version I use for "break glass" (emergency) meditation, and the 30 minute version for daily maintenance. Thank you to Declutter The Mind.
That 15 minutes felt like 5 minutes. It felt comforting that you pointed out thats okey for the mind to wonder and its normal and then to gently put focus back on the breath.
As a beginner to meditation this has been an amazing introduction! No other guided meditation ive found so far over the past week helps me center myself as much as this one has. And every day that's gone by where I've used this video for my meditation, the easier and easier it is to reach that calming meditative state, thank you so much!!
