I am using this site this morning to try to describe my experience with a series of meditations that automatically followed each other on my computer screen. In spite of feeling well and well rested this morning, I felt suddenly the feeling of worry appear and I decided to pull-up on my computer a meditation to stop worrying and for worries. What happened next was a big surprise! I just left my computer go to the next meditation without any interference; and it was a meditation for nervousness to stop feeling nervous. Next meditation was for success and manifesting goals. And the last was an uplifting meditation. I was feeling quite relaxed doing all these meditations one after the other. I am 85 years old and as you can imagine my goal is as suggested in the last meditation is to overcome anxiety and find peace of mind within the next 2 to 3 years. It has been a long struggle for me, but your wonderful, helpful meditations have been so useful in helping me to achieve my goal. I don't want anyone to think that this is the only way to go. Everyone should use any means that suits them as individuals as long as it is not harmful. I wish anyone reading this Good Luck and have a Great Life!
This is the only thing that helps me calm down and relax at the turbulence of these times, this year... Constantly living with the knowledge that I may have to run to the safe room, that the war may escalate even further - my breath is the only thing that is always with me. Thank you for helping me acknowledge that...
This morning, I awoke in bed sleepy, but without fear or worry. I felt it was time to get up without having to know the time, feeling drowsy I made my way to my computer and purposely without making any effort came upon this meditation. The surprizing thing was that I did this meditation calmly and without effort. And now I feel awake and no nervousness or struggle. I don't know if this tale means anything to you, but it means a great deal to me. I'll end right here and wish you a very good day.
I started this morning with the anti-anxiety meditation with the intention to become as relaxed as I could and followed it with this Med. for Peace and Calm. While I did not feel the Peace of Mind I have experienced in the past, I was without any feelings of worry, fear, or anxiety and noticed again my Parkinson's hand tremor was gone during both Meditations! All our efforts are paying off! Stick with it!
Wow, this guided meditation is a game-changer! I've been searching for something to help calm my busy mind and this 15-minute practice does the trick. The soothing voice gently guides me through the meditation, allowing me to reach a state of deep peace and tranquility. I can't wait to make this a daily ritual for ultimate relaxation. Thank you for sharing this incredible resource!
Thank you for this meditation that seems to sum up all the important things you have been teaching in addition to the specific words of calm and peace as it applies to the mind. A wonderful added meditation to all the others! Great job!
I love this meditation because it does make me feel calm, relaxed, and peaceful; and it is a great way to start the day. I am so grateful to you for so many of the meditations that we have available to use for bringing us to experience a satisfaction to our lives that without these guided meditations we would not experience so easily.
Meditation is so hard. Thanks for your amazing channel! You have the perfect pace, cadence and timing. It is making it easier and I have hope I can do it. Thanks again!
Again, I am using this meditation this morning and I found it was a great way to feel relaxed. I would add that it made me feel calm as well. I liked very much your reminder that we are here now in the present moment. For anyone who is reading this and might be interested I found with some other meditation in the past Peace of Mind, with the realization that it can be found with Meditation without searching for it or wanting it and that it is a rare gift to be cherished when it happens. As always, I am thankful for DTM. Best of Luck and keep up the good work!

the declutter meditations are my favourite. There is the best balance of speaking and silence, and the voice is spot on.
thanks for these videos

POV when I gotta wait till I get home to meditate 😢
Very nice and quiet. Only the ..And, by each start of a sentence..is sometime annoying
Not a guided meditation . Mostly dead air with infrequent talking that is more jarring then helpful
