As per morning workout 11:30 mid meal Ismein chicpeas kee jagah dusrey lentils bhi intake kar saktey hain na like kidney benas black channa and some other lentils.
Would be of great help if you could make a full day diet plan for office going adult as well, who mostly can manage 3 main meals plus pre workout and snacks as per their schedule.
Bro, I am not sure about your suggestion to have dinner at 9:30 to 10pm and sleeping within one hour of dinner at 11pm 😢 As a health advocate, you must know that dinner after sunset should be avoided and earlier you eat your dinner the better. This is because your metabolism is at the lowest when you sleep, hence you don’t need to consume energy / food and hit the bed straightaway as it will store as a fat in your body!
If you work out do exercise even sunsets you have power to digest.thats why poor day hard worker people eat heavy foods even at night and digest it's and gives power to body. We always first see the body what it needs not in the books what that said.
