Both Akshay Sir and my Father told exactly the same thing. I was 99 kgs 1 year before and today I am 84 Kgs. I lost 15 kgs via regular dieting and exercises. I seen some changes in my body. I was lazy and problematic 1 year ago and today I feeling my self energetic day by day.
