    You are a good teacher. And very flexible and strong too. I rarely see such good demonstrations. Love that there is no rush in these exercises. Keep calm matters I guess 🙂

    I have a question , for man do i need to change the spring from blue to red? When you were on the blue...

      This depends on the exercise. Balance exercises (like lunges) are more difficult on a lighter spring. So in that case, I wouldn't switch it to a red spring. In my years of teaching I have noticed that men actually do really well on the same springs as women. If you feel like your upper body, however, could use more weight, you can do a red instead of blue for example if we're working on arms.
