    Make Roti of Barley and Basin. The roti made for it will not spike your blood sugar level as the GL of Barley and the GL of Dal Chana are low. Moreover the one of the favorite food of Pakistanis is "Pokoray" since it make form Basin which is ground powder of Dal Chana have low GL value so Pokoray do not spike blood glucose if taken in a reasonable quantity. ( For information - I am diabetic sine 2009 -10 and now I am not taking any Anti-Diabetic medicine and controlling my blood glucose with my diet in which Dal Chana, that is, Basin is playing an important contribution)
