Sarfraz from Lahore. I eat Roti of mixed flour consisting of Besan 50%,Jau10%Bajra10%,jawar10%,wheat10%and coconut10%. Plus i eat Quinoa with brown rice. I eat Greek or plain yogurt. I eat chia seeds . I take one cup of black tea, ginger tea and green tea and milk. In salads, i eat broccoli, cucumbers and carrots. In fruits i eat green apple,medium banana and seasonal fruits.in nuts, i eat almonds and walnuts. For protien, i eat chicken, beef shami beef Qeema and Daals. I walk and do a little strength training. Alhamdolillah, my sugar is fully controlled. With the consultation of my doctor,i might reduce my medications.Lets see what happens.Allah Kareem. Couple of days back i subscribed your channel and found it very beneficial. Keep it up, Jazak Allah Khair. Is my diet ok? I mentioned my above routine diet with the idea that may be someone get benefitted.
@DiabetesTeleCare but wz medicines control must be controlled wzout medicine then u can say control ashraf ch group always insist not to eat grains potatoes sugar then u can control yr sugar wz offcourse walking exercises etc wzout medicines

@@naheedsuperi7097No, you can take required quantity of carbohydrates like roti or rice. When you eat excess roti then sugar value will raise. Note: We get energy from carbohydrates, fat and protein. Since diabetes person cannot digest carbohydrates properly, they shift to protein to get the energy.
