However, he did not do any remarkable thing in that field for last so many years; but become a youtuber and lectures on eating habits....Government should take strict action against people like him. They must justify their services to nation....

My breakfast woke up brush teeth then glass water then milk oats with dates, almond and black raisins with two boil eggs then after 30 minutes a plate of mix fresh fruit cream salad then after 40 minute a cup of tea✌✌👍👍👍🇵🇰🇵🇰🇵🇰

We have to ear chia seed only or even drink water.
Incase of drinking water I think it's not good to drink immediately after eating fruits etc.

Assalamualaikum, where you get moringa capsules? I grow my own moringa plants during summer time and then dry moringa leaves. I dry them and then save as powder and add 1/2 teaspoon in cup of tea. I also make tea/ qehwa of moringa leaves for lunch time. Please advise me what’s better way to take moringa and I live in USA/ Ohio-Columbus.
U can take 250 or 500mg empty capsules and fill it with dry powdered moringa..

پچھلے چار مہینوں سے میں یہ ناشتہ کر رہا ہوں۔۔۔۔۔۔
صبح اٹھتے ہی ایک گلاس پانی۔۔۔ پھر شیو، ٹوتھ برش اور نہانے تک تقریباً آدھا گھنٹہ لگ جاتا ہے اس کے بعد ایک عدد سیب۔۔۔ دو عدد کیلے۔۔ تین کھجوریں۔۔۔ تین کاجو۔۔۔ پانچ یا سات بادام رات کے بھگوئے ہوئے۔۔۔۔ اور ایک چھوٹا باؤل دہی اور اس کے علاوہ جو بھی پھل ہو۔۔۔۔
اور پھر آفس میں ایک دو بجے دوپہر کا کھانا
جب سے ناشتہ میں روٹی اور سالن چھوڑا ہے سکون ہوگیا ہے اور چاک وچوبند رہتا ہوں۔۔۔ روٹی اور سالن سے سارا دن سستی اور پیٹ میں بھاری پن ہی ختم نہیں ہوتا تھا
