But, shouldnt at tutorial explain things? I can follow this tutorials (with a lot of pauses in between) and can get the same picture as you, okay..
..but it doesnt explain what happens, what the things mean. If I practise enough I can make a basketball without the video but nothing more. Please to a tutorial where you actually explain what those steps do and the parameters and terms mean

Depending on what you exactly want to know I can recommend different tutorials, that explain things in depth. Nodes: “CG Matter” has an entire RUclips online course that teaches you everything you need to know and if it’s about Modeling, “Blender Gourou” has an entire PDF sheet you can download for free with all the shortcuts and what they do.
The donut is boring to make, but it does teach you well, just do the first few parts,
don’t finish the donout, then look for other tutorials that look like something you want to make, and practice what you learned from the first videos by making projects you enjoy.
When you feel like you lack stuff go back to the do out and so on.
I also like “lazy blender tutorials” It's just he talks and does stuff way too fast, so watch it in the slowest version with subtitles and follow along, cause it teaches you to get cool results over the laziest route possible!

Did you try deleting the black color, doing it again, and assigning it again? Often just turning stuff off and on or deleting it and doing it again does the trick. Otherwise, check if you selected the faces to make them black not the Vertecies (the lines inside should be a line of faces, if you don’t have faces use the bevel modifier: control +b)

Maybe you selected all the vertex on the circles, that was wrong. I did that aswell. Just do the rest of two from the center. And try again.
