O I forgot, beginners have this notion of working out the abs for 'spot fat reduction' in belly 💀

It all comes down to what suits a particular individual and what is giving results. So keep experimenting responsibly untill you find your thing.

if you are a beginner than better is to remove one arm day and take two rests in a week and reduce the intensity of legs on last day when you are training legs with abs and focus on abs on last day
