Jordan Schlansky is actually a comedic genius. Instead of being a boring employee who just laughs at Conan's jokes, he actually has his own character to play along with Conan. He's ironically the most useful person on Conan's team :D

Matt Chow I met him in person at San Diego Comic Con last year, and I found him to be pretty friendly, happy to take photos with people who asked. He just behaved a little robotic, but he certainly has the capability to smile.

Detergents stop oils and fats from sticking together essentially breaking oily stuff up and letting water penetrate, the reason soaps cleanse your skin is they break up the oils and fats that make dirt stick to things. You then have to still rinse and wipe the contaminants off, but the detergents have already loosened them making them easily wash off in the water
