It should be “an unseen” instead of “a unseen”. You should only use “a” when the following word begins with a constant. Use “an” when the following word begins with a vowel

I honestly would be okay peeing with them as a divider so long as they're cool with it. They were the perfect wall and I'm not weird for saying this.

I love how the bathroom is so big, yet they decide to put the urinal RIGHT next to the sink.

@@sinistrality7883 it's likely because in the off chance that someone who is needed onstage/backstage is in the bathroom they can have a live feed of whats going on so they dont miss a cue. i used to keep a tiny little speaker hooked up in the changing room when i performed so i could hang out back there away from all the racket and still hear when im needed for my cues and such.

I'll bet it's so they can use less pipes or have the pipes on the same wall. Still stupid though.

Whoever’s decision it was back in the day to feature the staff behind the scenes is an absolute genius. It set the Conan show apart and made it a lot more relatable for the viewer.
Definitely awesome but not groundbreaking. Howard Stern has been using his staff as on air personalities for 40 years.

It likely shows what happening on stage if a worker uses the bathroom while they're taping.
Most staff have to look out during taping hence the tv
So Jordan has something to watch while he is doing various doodies.
TV studios and radio stations usually have a TV or live feed when you're taking a bathroom break and you don't miss your cue or know how much time you have left just in case.
It feels like Conan to insist that his employees are watching his show while they pee

He brought up a pretty good point, that sink and soap dispenser’s literally next to the urinal. I think the wall/partition was a good idea, they shoulda just installed it there onto the wall with commercial grade glue
The wonderful thing about these old clips is, you get to see how consistent Conan is with his humor and type of comedy.
Like, if you froze me in 2000, thawed me 20 years later, and you showed me any one of his skits post 2015, I wouldn't have known the difference in style.
Fairly confusing scenario you've painted there, if we thawed you out in 2020 why can't we show you any skits before 2015 because if we froze you in 2000 your gauge of quality would be poorer so any skit after 2000 would be good to you then in which case you'd know no difference whether we showed you before 15 or after it since your entire frame of reference in 93 to 2000 during which there was some pretty pedestrian comedy so anything after 2000 will seem better in comparison to you in your stasis.
It’s a testament to Conan as a human being and boss to see so many members of his staff are still there today

I distinctly remember watching this as it first aired, i would've been 15 years old. Conan was me and my moms favorite late night host. My mom had fell asleep on the couch and i was on the recliner eating popcorn. Weird how clearly i can remember an uneventful moment from over a decade ago.
The fact that they went through all that just for him to say, "well... I can't really pee when someone is in the room".

The weirdest thing about that bathroom is that there is a television in there.
It’s so that if a crew members has to use the restroom during filming they can keep track of what’s going on on stage so they miss a cue they are responsible for.
