What was your biggest takeaway from my video? Comment below. Also, you can comment any questions you have for me. I might feature your question in one of my next videos. Don’t forget. Like. Comment. And subscribe.
Love this. I will be using this. Wish you released this yesterday but I have a few more prospects to talk with this week so I'll use it then. Thank you!!
Hi Dan, My biggest take away is you are willing to deceive the public in order to gain money and/or status by plagiaring exact lessons I learned nearly 20yrs. ago. thinking that a 20y/o lesson someone else made can be taken without anyone knowing because it is old and the views are young Please learn from this and cite your sources
This especially applies to my field being a dentist. I get a myriad of objections from cost, time, and anxiety. (Eg) “Doc, why is your treatment so expensive?” “I completely understand your concern with costs.” “Many patients in your position felt the same way” “What I found that the patients that postpone their care end up having their treatment get even MORE expensive over time because dental problem only get worse and costlier as we wait.” Thanks.
When you receive a lot of resistance, do redirection: 1. Feel: empathy, I understand how you feel, I can see where you are coming from, I understand your concern 2. Felt: others felt the same way, I used to believe the same thing, other customers shared the same concern 3. Found: but here is what I have found, here is what I realized... When I tried the right vitamin, I felt better, my immune system is stronger, etc.
- Objections are the best opportunities to close the sale, it's the first concrete proof of real interest in a meeting. Thanks for this awesome video Sifu !
This is a great technique, my advice is not to use it so blatantly though, as anyone who has had any sales training will see through it. Great advice regarding the redirection, leading prospects away from their objection is very useful. One of the biggest things you need as a person in sales is being genuine, believe also in what you are selling. Then nothing they say will stop you from getting the message across.
I sold tools door to door in 44 states, in over a thousand citys towns suburbs... over 27 years! Starting when I was 17. It was strictly commission, with no appointments. My distributor always told me it's not a sprint, it's a marathon! I had to learn how to pace my self through out the day! 35 stops a day was a good # in and out of companies, speaking with the owners. I also trained a lot of people in my life. Wound up becoming associate distributor of the year. 2005 I enjoy your videos a lot, even though I'm out of the field now! Great video Sir! 👍
The 3 F's Feel, Felt and Found are objection redirection methods borrowed from the principles commonly practiced in martial arts such as Hop Kiddo(Feel) Empathy with proper use of tonality is to sales what blocking is to an opponent in martial arts(Ying) (Felt) is to Sales what grabbing is to martial arts.(Found) is to sales what using an opponents momentum against them is in martial arts.(Yang). Much Respect.
I did this with door to door sales every time I got an objection before getting the customer committed. Sure, it doesnt work 100% of the time, but this method is very effective in making the customer feel like you are working together with them and wanting the best for them in their eyes.
Im in the direct sales industry and we use over 50 principles every day such as 3fs, 3rs, Air, fugies and so on! In sales you have to be adaptable and systematic.
That's awesome to hear Bhaskar! I am a graduate of Sifu Dan's HTC mentorship. If you have any questions I would be happy to help you. What trainings have you been able to attend?
Thanks Sir, i love your teachings, when ever i watch your videos my desire of becoming professional salesperson goes up and also my closing ratio goes up.
Ali, I recently transitioned to be in Sales, tough but fulfilling. DM me on Instagram @lisyhuang24 if you have any questions, I'm also one of Dan's students
Haha, this reminds me of when I used to do Residential sales. I was taught this overturn of negative as well 3 others that we used basically for every negative.
*Dan I understand how you feel, a small RUclipsr has little to offer, that's how 327 other people felt as well, but what what I found is people who subscribe are happier and enjoy life more than those who dont* 💪
I can really see how important communication skills are important when talking to clients or even other people around us. SIFU you look and sound tired in this one but you still kept your promise - Integrity -... God bless🙏 thanks again
At 5:28 that's me!!! I am so thankful to have found you Sifu. If anyone has any questions about HTC. I dont mind talking about it feel free to message me.
By handling properly the objections and resistance using and applying the techniques you shared you become a winner as you got your prospect with your convincing words. Like you said, don't need to fight , resist or argue with your prospect to make him listen to you but with the right words to say to and respond to their objections. Just have a conversation and keep yourself cool. That's my take away !!
Hi! Dan, I'm from Pakistan. I wanna be like you. Yeah, it is bit hard for me. But desire comes true if we stick to it. Whenever, I'm depressed, my level of motivation becomes higher n higher. I want to work like you as you are my ideal personality, your every single word is in my mind.
I like the previous text fonts and animations. It looks more rich and professional than a playful idea. I appreciate the idea for a change, but if you don't mind please maintain the richness and professionalism.
Hey Dan great content Can you please guide about testimonials or previous work objection when you do not have previous work because you are just starting out.
Hi @danluck you really made my night. I just started as a sales advisor and I am starting on the floor next week. I just want to learn how to close and handle objection
Dan...you are awesome...I am in B2B sales...in some conveyor accessories company in india....here purchaser are very much eager to go for lowest one buy....and user can't also Insist them to buy any particular product of their choice.....only price is the factor here....how to handle this type of customers? Pls help with your magic
3 Fs sounds good. But maybe too blatant for some customers that have had training experience. I like to use a method very similar and if I get a second objection, i also like to use another method of redirection. This is in the form of a question where I ask why they feel against the suggestion, and that's where you can again redirect for another solution to the problem they have just given you. I work in a tech company for selling portable audio, smartphones, HiFi, and computers :)
Too much resistance means you havent questioned well enough. Ask better questions . Funnel questions better and a close becomes almost a self close by the prospect amd or using an assumptive close .
Hi Dan! I have a question about the SalesCalls.com. Would it charged straight as a bulk 299, or can it be divided on a monthly payment? I really want to be your student, but I barely make so little fortune as of now. Hoping for your answer about thid matter. Thanks and Godbless. Regards, Nass

Dan Lok that this can be applied to every damn objection throughout the sales process.

Learn not to give up and try little more think little more than others , make it habit ..close more sales
When you receive a lot of resistance, do redirection:
1. Feel: empathy, I understand how you feel, I can see where you are coming from, I understand your concern
2. Felt: others felt the same way, I used to believe the same thing, other customers shared the same concern
3. Found: but here is what I have found, here is what I realized... When I tried the right vitamin, I felt better, my immune system is stronger, etc.
Yes, but the third step should not be about what YOU think. You should relate what OTHERS have come to realize. This keeps the continuity with step 2.
Tnx

This is very true. Worry more when no questions are asked
Yeah interest matter you'll get a client or not

Feal Felt Found!!!!
Similar to my tactic.
*undrestand the objection
*give a personal example of you or a past client
*throw a benefit on why they should do it
*close
Love the way you get the impression that Dan invented the 3 Fs!!
