I am a seller for over 6 years now, and with the help of this video, I just realized that I am an advisor kind of seller, which determines the need of the clients before selling something. I also realized that i am not the pushy desperate kind of seller I usually give them time and space to think and evaluate all the details i have given to them.. now i think i want to learn more :)

I make over 60k a year just doing simple landscaping work, and I don't even advertise! 8 year olds can and do cut trees and grass, so why can't all the losers in Dan's comments also pick up a Husqvarna and put in that same work?
The later part of the video happened to me after consistent follow-up with the value the client said, "I'm not the prospect but found your content useful. Thanks for your help. I have a few referrals for you!!!!"

I find just being direct in my follow up is the best way to go. Just ask them how things are going and if there are any updates to share, no need for fluff. Also if someone says they want to think about it, always asking “well what specifically is it that you need to think about it” before going straight into getting a timeline is a great way to uncover any hidden objections and get them more interested while you have them.

I try to give as much thought as possible depending upon the importance of the decision to be made. As a result, I have had very few expensive regrets...
