It's such funny thing that I saw some advice in goal setting saying that you shouldn't say or share your goals with people because they said that you will feel satisfied immediately by doing so and that you will lose the drive to actually accomplish your goal.
I strongly disagree with that BS, I share the same belief as Dan, that if you let others know your goal and let them hold you accountable that that will actually drive you even more to accomplish it. Take it from Dan the Man and as well as me. I told my friends and family, most of them were very skeptical by the way LOL, that I will lose weight and damn it I lost a lot of weight, I lost a whopping 65 lbs. Unfortunately I gained a lot that weight back, about 40lbs. But that won't discourage me. I just graduated and I no longer have any excuses, like thesis, studying for exams, or any type of lengthy school projects, for not achieving my health goals. Right now I'm in the middle of exercising and regaining what I have lost and go even further than what I have originally achieved, and I'll ensure that I will never go back to being overweight by ensuring that I lead a healthier life style both emotionally and mentally/spiritually :)

Thanks for clarifying the 80-20 focus. It helps to be able to focus on my one primary goal and literally block out time to focus on it without guilt for the things I am not doing simultaneously. It seems that the lesser goals get demanding but are not of equal impact on my overall progress.
