    when you dont stop doing a bad habit it keeps cycling in your head and it will ruin your thinking patterns and your brain will not funtioning well so its important to focus and disicpline your self and avoid eating junkfood and dont be overactive on the internet and dont brows random things will actually wasting your time and your life now i can learn how to focus what is matter to me

      Distract your mind by taking Action to do something that is beneficial and isn’t going to have a negative impact on you.

      Whatever makes you feel more flexible! Open the hips, touch your toes, stretch the back etc. Make sure your body slowly feels more flexible and open over time :) Explore what works with you and your own body.

    hey i was thinking for going for 10 day vipaassna retreat. will that be okay for beginners or for somebody who hasn't meditated a lot?

      I'd recommend getting to the point where you can practice for 1 hour per day then going. It's extremely beneficial! Definitely do it. Good luck 👍

    Good timing i was on a good streak this month then i got really bad news and relapsed in mindless activities many of which you talked ab in this video but , what can i do i gotta keep living , in the past i would have kept binging but now i cant even muster up the energy to pretend to be attracted to pron or scrolling im just fed up with addictions its hard but i gotta keep trying
