I used to fully drink the kool aid on how hard work is all it takes to get anywhere in life but then I poured 110% of myself into a job as a temp feeling fully confident that they would hire me because I worked so much harder than everyone else but they hired some pretty tits instead and let me go. Plus you see how hard they work immigrants in this country and treat them as disposables. Hard work only has value if your boss has a conscience and how often are you going to find a boss who has that?

First off, RIP to that poor woman's asshole! That thing is quite impressive! But jokes aside, I think they both need to grow up a little. Yes, without a doubt, she was wrong for doing this then playing dumb. However, he posted it to insta AND outed his boss as the culprit. And I get it, she deserved that, but he was taking a HUGE risk in doing that and it backfired. So I think it is a fireable offense?
