I heard that they don’t require reservations for the buses anymore and it’s first come, first serve. Is this correct?
It is! Just get there early.
Hi after coming back from hike is there a spot where we can change wet clothes. Or do we need to go way back to visting center to change.
There are bathrooms that you could use to change in at the trail head. However if you have some lightweight shorts to hike in they will probably be dry by the time you get back to the bus.

You cannot. You either will have to take the shuttle, an E-Bike/Bicycle, or walk.
Is reservation required for hike in the narrows ?
