    Natural colors that's why a Qled or lcd with it's dimming zones has never beaten am oled in a tv shootout not once .

    • @SpencersStuffTV
      @SpencersStuffTV  3 года назад +1

      To be fair to the qled during these shootouts. They calibrate and basically nerf an led tv during the shootout by dimming the tvs. They don't let led tvs be led tvs. They want them to be oleds, so of course they lose. The shootouts play to the strength of oleds as opposed to the strength of the LED tvs. An oled still can't match the full filed brightness of it's led counterpart or produce the color volume you can see on a qled.

    • @michaelfoster3441
      @michaelfoster3441 3 года назад

      @@SpencersStuffTV And a qled can't match an oled as far accurate skin tones and color's , I bought a Panasonic Hollywood oled from Robert zohn and it destroy"s a led as far as picture quality , I have some friends who have Qleds and a 8k Sony full array , and they come over my house and see that Panasonic jaws drop ,has nothing to do with brightness oled is a far better tech.

    • @SpencersStuffTV
      @SpencersStuffTV  3 года назад

      @@michaelfoster3441 alot of skin tones and what not come down to image processing, which samsung sucks with. I hate samsung as a brand but I'm not going to act like they can't make a very good looking panel. I guarantee you give sony or panasonic a qled, they'll do right and make a better product just by processing alone. Everything you see on screen is down to the processor within the tv, it's not just the panel. Panasonic focuses on accuracy while samsung focuses more on vibrant colors. Local dimming is a pain, but so is the dimness of oled. I like my a90j a ton but I do miss that full field brightness of my 930e when gaming. Both have their inherent flaws. Oleds run hotter than their led counterparts on a pixel level and cannot sustain brightness as long. Hopefully QNED will alleviate the problem and we won't have to worry about it as much. but until then, we are comparing apples to oranges. I would buy a 10,000 nit display in a heartbeat if I could just to have the fullest effect of hdr. Plus by that point we could hit 12 bit color too 😍 simple physics, brightness does equate to higher color volume. The only reason leds get washed out the brighter they get is because each pixel can't be pushed to produce their ultimate color because the contrast gets destroyed, which is why we have the quantum dot layers on tvs.

Sony has always had very accurate colors but they are rich also especially in other modes so just wondering how it looks to you. For me when I'm looking st oled tvs sure the new brightness is good but I want the depth and rich colors oled is known for just didn't know how brightness effected it I did grt to see one in person it looked nice but was in vivid mode of course lol

    • @SpencersStuffTV
      @SpencersStuffTV  3 года назад

      @@reviewforthetube6485 the colors are as rich as you want them to be. The big thing with sony is you get accuracy, like you said, but their color gradation is better than samsung and lg. Deep, vibrant, detailed, and variations of color pop off the screen. Check out the gaming video i just posted. I think you'll get a good idea of the colors when gaming as well. I best describe it as looking through a window. I use custom mode for general content. Also the tv led dolby vision is gorgeous. Much better than their previous tvs by far.

    I always have a problem with some of these images looking better than reality. I've snorkled in the Maldives loads but never seen things look as they do on these TVs :-) I'll probably be getting one of these sonys though, unless Panasonic have nailed it this year with the JZ1500/2000.

      To be fair most of the creators even enhance visuals and colors to surpass what we see. I haven't travelled at all so these tvs are good for me 😂 plus I'm sure these photographers are looking for specific things in their shots that a traveller wouldn't be looking for. I'm sure panasonic will bring a great panel out. They always do!
