The wages he is on is a joke too. Thankfully we are unlikely to see him play for us again.

He partnered the best midfield for years in Europe. Gini, Fabinho, Hendo/Milner was incredible. Gini was our most consistent midfielder by far. Dude rarely had an off-game.

He’s on massive wages and hasn’t contributed at all to the team for the best part of 2 season. Even when he plays it’s style over substance. buvey thank you for respecting thiago. in 21/22 season he was incredible for liverpool and is one of the main reasons we won the fa cup, he was absolutely amazing against city in the semi final, played united off the park at anfield in the league and if you asked any liverpool fan at that time who their favorite players were he would be top 3. yes the injuries have ruined him but man that 21/22 season god he was so good.

Minamino was phenomenal. He almost single handedly won Liverpool two cups, scored a winner to keep them in the race for top four. His issue was only that he spoke no English, during a pandemic, where the guys in front of him were Mane, Salah, Firmino, Jota all of which were playing well. Also when Mane and Salah were at the afcon it wasn't Jota that scored the most it was Minamino. And people forget during that time, against expectations, Liverpool actually climbed the table not fell. If Darwin Nunez had Minimino's one chance one goal finishing ability he'd be world class.
He suffered from the fact that back then there was only 3 subs max per game.

Unfortunately, his day didn't come often enough for us mate because he was always injured. Not his fault but I think a C is right based upon that. Also, I think we were a better team before he came. He made us adapt our style to suit him. We could have done that but we never got the chance because he couldn't stay fit long enough. Sadly, a case of an amazing player that could have been great for us but for the injuries.
I'd say that Rory obviously doesn't remember the way Thiago ran the game when he came on for the second half at Stamford Bridge to make his debut, but it's more likely that remembering that is what makes him under-rate the player.

All five of LFCs forwards have double digit goals this season. Thiago was 25 mil paid over 5 years to Bayern. He has been injury prone, but was one of LFCs best midfielders. Ozan Kabak was a January loanee, due to injury to Matip, Gomez and VVD. Matip was free and one of the best CBs in the league over a number of years, including one where he was better than VVD. Mac Allister a C? Guy cost 35 mil and has been one of the best in the league. Wijnaldum's contract wasn't renewed because he was 31 and we didn't want to pay him £250k/week.

we bought minamino for £7m, he was the top scorer in the carabao cup we won in 21/22 and he scored 2 decisive winners in 2 rounds leading upto it, we then sold him to monaco for somewhere between 15 and 20 million, that’s an A signing for me. He was never a consistent start but making 10 mil off a player in 2 years and them winning u a cup in the meantime is incredible business

Karius was part of a team that got to champions league final. That final ruined his career. That wasnt exactly a typical Karius performance before that but everyone wanted to jump on him and blame him. 3 months later he played in a preseason against Tranmere and got laughed at the whole game. Bajcetic has been injured since March 2023, a year ago now. Until then, he was genuinely the first name on the teamsheet at 18. He was by far our best player for those 3 months he broke into the side. He's having growing issues apparently, when he got injured, he was 5'10" and now he's 6'3" but has back issues because of it.

harvey elliot is in fact pure profit. selling salah would be on the books towards equaling his fee, and other fees, but because elliot is homegrown (3 years at the club between 16-21) he would go into the books as pure profit for ffp

And Matip is easily an A. 8 years of being a great player for us after we signed him for free. Has been a starter most seasons. Only thing stopping it from being an A+ is that he has had a bit too many injuries.
