Correcting the "They sent an admiral against Rayleigh" they didn't send Kizaru to fight Rayleigh. An admiral came because Luffy punched a celestial. It's just protocol. They didn't want to send Kizaru there because they were already about to go into war against whitebeard.

also, once garp found out that rayleigh was indeed there, he said that they didn't have the resources or the manpower to go after him if they were serious about catching him..

Honestly... Excellent video, man. You and Chris really know how to carry a debate together. I honestly couldn't settle on any of your lists, not because I have one better, but the way you placed everyone according to the context and the story made me realize something.
I think is great the way you argue the placements and I agree those are the contestants for the top 10, but the story could have been a liiiiiittle different and placements would change. For example Xebec could have lost because Roger "talked no Jutsu" Whitebeard. Or some random ass one piece deus ex machina that we all love so much.
With that said, I think its difficult to place those people, but i loved how in spite of the differences you could debate with such respect and utter hilarity.

I think the reason why the buster call was used on mihawk is because they wanted to treat the warlords equally and simply didn’t have enough time to send out all the admirals to fight those threats. I think the buster call also just served as a sign to say “oh, the world government is now against you” rather than being used to actually engage the target.

suprised to not see ryuma here, after all he is the sword god of wano and the fact he slayer maybe even a "kaido" level dragon and forged one of the strongest black blades.
there isnt any proof of his strength, but he had conquerors sense he can forge a black blade so he was probably extremely strong
@@gokuisa8743 yeah just looking at it from that perspective says enough. The only other person confirmed to forge a black blade was mihawk and hes regarded as the world's strongest swordsman.
@@danielwhitehurst8432 Ryuma was also regarded as "sword god" and Oden couldn't even forge a black blade, I dont think Shanks has either so Ryuma is probably super strong, but there isn't alot of feats to prove how strong he actually is. And we don't know what type of Dragon it was.
Ryuma might be above Mihawk but it's impossible to say. It's impied Ryuma was no 1 in the world in overall strength during his lifetime however not just swordsmanship

Rob fr a goat for sticking up for Prime rayleigh and for Dragon. Really one of the few youtubers that understand powerscaling well enough. I also respect the Mihawk placement though I think Kaido should be just a little higher.
This was so much fun!! I gotta say now im conflicted as to if Roger & Garp went against the whole Rocks crew or just rocks himself. I always thought thought it was Rocks crew Vs Roger and Garp and since garp has his lil group of navy people when the battle was revealed. Cant wait until next year to see how this list will change!!

2. Marine would not sent a buster call to Shanks bcs Shanks has the greatest crew among all Yonko and Mihawk is a Single Guy.

I feel like we can't rank Dragon or Shanks because we haven't seen them really fight/go all out in a fight. Now because One Piece Film: Red is coming out we may be able to see more of Shanks and what he is really capable of but, until then we can't put them on a tier list with the top of the top fighters of One Piece. But I am excited for the movie can't wait to see Shanks

Buster calls are the strongest actions though and require an admiral and regardless this shows how strong mihawk as is as they new they wouldn’t catch mihawk and didn’t want to loose even more members on top of this just like how no one is sent to rayleigh in fear for their loss in numbers

Rocks losing to roger and garp isn't a feat for roger and garp. It's actually a feat for people like Rayleigh and gaban and they could be fighting against kaido, shiki, big Mom and captain john
I mean, in my opinion Gaban was above 1st Yonko Commander Level in my opinion as he fought Oden.
He should be on the level of Rooftop Luffy and Yamato.
So he probably fought Captain Jack while Rayleigh fought Kaido and Big Mom and Whitebeard betrayed the Rocks and fought Shiki.
This would leave Roger and Garp against Xebec and the no-name crew members would just fight one-another.
That's only my speculations though 🤷♂️

Towards the end I want to clear something up. It was never stated if or if not it was just Roger and Garp. The reason I believe that is this: like it was stated earlier Roger can only keep up with Whitebeard in 1v1. So I think it would be more likely for Garp and Roger's crew to have taken down the Rocks pirates. For this reason I would also have to put Rayleigh a lot higher up on this list, because I believe he would've at least had to take down a Big mom or Shiki or maybe even both.

@@ZZ-ex8py Youve got to remeber this Big mom is not close to current big mom in strength. She had a lot less experience. We don't know enough about shiki to make claims on whether or not its possible but I don't see just roger and Garp taking down the whole crew. If my idea of the Roger pirates helping rayleigh wouldve had to take down at least 1 or 2 big members in order for them to have a chance.

Slept fully on akainu, people tend to forget akainu (and fellow admirals such as kizaru and pre ts aokiji) were not able to use their full power during marineford, the point of marineford was to protect the marines homebase, therefore, akainu wasn’t able to use his full powers (the ones we’ve seen/heard abt when he went all out on aokiji). Everyone also tends to forget akainu casually tanked a bloodlusted sneak attack from whitebeard. In the manga, before haki was a full concept, whitebeard snuck up on akainu after akainu killed ace and was surprised when a marine pointed out that whitebeard was about to hit him, he proceeded to get slammed but somehow was barely hurt, shows extremely to his durability. Obviously, we know his powers are goated based on statements from oda saying he has the most destructive devil fruit and all but he’s shown it too (punk hazard, casually wiping off whitebeards face). Dude definitely is ext high top tier and too many people sleep on the man just cuz they don’t like him or the marines. Lemme know what u guys think abt akainu tho, those are my thoughts.

Ontop of that you’re talking about admirals weren’t allowed to go all out because they wanted to protect marines, which is false as towards the end im pretty sure akainu started to rain fire with his magna fruit from the sky. Also you can counter that easily and just say Whitebeard didn’t even have to touch marineford he could’ve just destroyed the whole island, but he didn’t as he was there to save ace. You see how you can’t really say admirals couldn’t go all out? Sameway with whitebeard.

About Big Mom. She can literally box with kaido as an equal. I would've put them together on the same level. Logically it makes sense. Also garp Roger and WB must be on the same position as well as we have seen WB vs Roger and Roger said garp cornered him to death many times as did Roger. This makes sense logically.

As awesome and powerful as these characters are, I’m a little disappointed that we haven’t seen so many of them either fight or fight seriously. A lot of it is due to hype and stories rather than things that we see on-panel. If we strictly go by what we see, Dragon is only stronger than Smoker in Loguetown (even though it’s pretty clear he’s way stronger than that). All we’ve seen Garp do is punch a guy that can destroy mountains (hell, Law could do that at Punk Hazard) and knock Luffy down in Marineford. For all we know, he could have just knocked out a few jobbers at the God Valley while Roger solo’d the rest of the pirates. That most likely isn’t the case, but I’m only going by what we have seen for a fact.
Rocks is also way too much of a wildcard to make any assumptions about. He could have been a master manipulator with no real power to speak of, all of the future Yonko could have been much weaker than their current forms, he might have just had an extremely op fruit while being physically weak, etc. There are so many variables with so few pieces of evidence that any assumptions are just headcanon.
Lemme just say this MiHawk is ONE, SINGLE person!!! Unlike others, damn near everyone has a whole fleet of powerful people. I think, Navy knows that he is alone and they underestimated MiHawk because of that and sent only buster call.
"Sent only buster call" bro buster call is pure devastation not many can sink a full fleet of incoming warships in one strike mihawk can do that but underestimating the buster call is stupid

Im not a Mihawk fan but a no brainier reason they can't buster call shanks is because he lives on a ship as does white beard roger so on so on. Unlike them Mihawk had his home on an island so they had to destroy it its unlikely they actually thought it would kill Mihawk but more to scare him off the island. Not to mention Mihawk showed no fear when the warlords disbanded. Don't be a CBR it's not that shanks can't be stronger however shanks uses guns and other techniques in strictly sword fighting mohawk wins no doubt and is probably an equal to shanks.if shanks had an island they would 100% buster call it. And it is also true mohawk is no threat he does not want to harm the government or even be a criminal; is he even a pirate? he just wants to be the best swordsman the WG does not need to take him seriously.
