Iam doing diet but not much in brackfast I take a glass of milk in lunch I take one chapate ,in dnr I take any thing but full less quantity I drink water much after every halfnr I take water 4glss I did this workout two times morning and evening

I find this channel during my 14 days quarantine, fighting with covid 19 can be stressful plus sitting, eating sleeping the whole time it makes me more sick untill I decided to do some physical activities and this channel is the best so far it help me a lot not only to recover fast but also to lose some weight, now it become my favorite channel for physical activities, 🙂🙂🙂

My weight was 66 a week ago ...now it is 65.5 and i m doing zumba from 1 week ....bt in 2019 i lost 4 kg in 2 month through 30 min exercise and 30 min in learning dance steps ...i never follow any kind of diet.... food is my life ...i cant ignore them ...yeah i will carry this zumba for 2 more weeks ...if i will get result i will update ....

Uma dúvida, o movimento correto seria empurrar o quadril para frente e inclinar as costas para frente? As vzs fico meio perdida, durante todo exercício manter abdômen contraído?
