Now lets get into this one,
Given the ongoing conflict in Israel and Gaza and after several viewers requested that I go back to the Israeli embassy. I decided to oblige and get myself down there.
What unfolded was nothing short of nonsensical with the security manager simply not having a clue after I proceed to interview him at the gates of the embassy.
He then goes off on one thinking the police were his personal henchmen ready to jump at his demand, sadly for him things don't go to plan

Why is an embassy of another country being situated on crown estate property anyway? the royal family is not supposed to have political connections in this way.
Both countries owned by Rothschild s. ( fake Jews)
Crown estate is GOVT property nothing to do with Royal Family . We are Crown subjects and our rights as subjects are paramount
@@fruitychink Wrong, how can you make such a wrong statement when you have the literal internet at your fingertips. Let me quote from the crown estates own website shall I.
"The Crown Estate is a collection of lands and holdings in the United Kingdom belonging to the British monarch as a corporation sole, making it the sovereign's public estate and is not government property."
@@liamloxley1222 Sorry to contradict you but the UK Monarchy as a " corporation " is indeed by definition a branch of Government thus the estate therein is not and cannot be the personal property of members of the Royal Family . That is the key issue here . Our eccentric practice of executive powers resting in the hands of an unelected individual creates the illusion of personal property . As Crown subjects we have paramount legal rights . Similarly , Crown servants are no different from public servants and are required to directly serve Crown subjects under the direction of that executive branch of Government
@@fruitychink Sorry but you've clearly been reading that freeman on the land nonsense that goes around the internet. A corporation is not government owned, a corporation is an entity that merely has to be registered with the government just like any legal entity must be registered, even your own birth is registered but that doesn't mean the government owns you fgs. The monarchies land and holdings are held under the corporation but the corporation is owned by the monarchy, just like a landlord who owns property uses a corporate entity to hold everything under so they can employ other people to run the business and don't have to run everything themselves. If you want to sit back and have employees run your holdings you have to do it under a registered business and thus that's where corporation come in. Do educate yourself fgs, this is basic stuff.
Mentions an act…but has no idea what it is…total word salad from that clown in the vest…tried to violate your rights and failed miserably…well done TLA…proved he was talking total rubbish as you was allowed to stay…brilliant audit
The fact that they have a plot on the Crown Estate shows how deep-seated our problem is.
How does a foreign government own a street in England
The Israeli's do as they please. The way they've managed to have every side of the political spectrum worship them in a world that's so divided these days tells you everything you need to know.
@@d.b.cooper1 they hate Jesus and us Christian's and soon we will have Nuclear War!

Trespassing on private property is a civil matter.
How much does it cost for all of the security around the Royal family? They don’t even pay inheritance tax
TLA outclasses the petty tyrants once again.
Smells of ex RUC man there he could be a dangerous fella!
Shameful that a fellow Ulsterman would try and obstruct lawful filming in the United Kingdom on behalf of the Crown Estate which holds lands stolen from people nearly thousand years ago.
Jimmy Somerville on steroids 😂😂
Ryan had an ex-copper vibe going on. With that accent I wouldn't mind betting he started his career in the RUC.
Who's Paying for the Coppers !!
We the Public are paying yet are told by them (with guns) what to do 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
It's a private road. The residents and embassies pay for them
@@mikeel6074
You say Residents & Embassies pay for them (The police) I don't believe that, this government is daft enough to make the public pay 🤬🤬🤬🤬
It wasn't so bad, the officers were very professional and courteous.
Made my day 😂 Scott’s man arguing with an Ulsterman in London at the Israel embassy 😂
I would have thought the Crown Estate Manager only needs to know one Act of Parliament and should therefore have been able to articulate the specific section(s) that applied.
Wrong assumption 🤷♂️🧌
'Real' security threat! What a melt. 👍
A PRIVATE ROAD PAID BY THE TAXPAYER
It's ownd by the Crown Estate.
@@elih9700 it was paid for by the taxpayer
@@TheBushiwarrior You realise the Crown is not obliged to pay tax, it choses to.
The crown estate pays into the treasury, not the other way around
Not really, the sovereign grant is actually just a fraction of the income generated by the crown given back by the government in the form of the grant.
Section 6(1) of the Act allows for the creation of regulations, which 'may make such regulations to be observed by persons using land of the Crown Estate to which the public are for the time being allowed access as they consider necessary for securing the proper management of that land and the preservation of order and prevention of abuses on that land.' Thus, if the security manager wants to use some legislative power, he must refer to the Regulations/Order which is enabled by Section 6 (if such regulations even exist). The security manager referred you to Section 2, which is related only to financial matters, so he is talking out of his arse.
Well done for standing your ground, I’m impressed, very impressed, great viewing.
Crown estate is not law then and not illegal , so dashcams ? Ryan you need re-educated on public access. And not expect cops to do your demand. Disgusting. Wouldn’t even talk to that pompous Ryan
He believed his own uneducated beliefs of what could or couldn’t be done and we all know he didn’t have enough knowledge to do anything with TLA. I suspect he walked away thinking he handled that situation well, whereas we know he successfully made a fool of himself.
If they insist on those things blue line badges then why don’t they wear the union flag (correct colours) with a blue line UNDERNEATH the flag
That individual epitomises all that people such as I , find objectionable regarding the British Crown , entitled, arrogant, offensive, insincere and a liar.
The embassies of foreign countries are always so hilarious to me. The diplomats have a lot of power and immunity in the country they work in. But always want to chant about laws they know nothing about because they don't need to follow them? 😆
Dash cam and cctv?
He’s talking rubbish
37:25 That's a fail by Ryan. That sign on the building is about parking, not about the public using it. It does state that it's a private road, but doesn't mean anything if the gates are open for the public to walk on down the road to the other end. There is even a sign apologising to the public that the gates might have to be closed at short notice, so it acknowledges that the public use the road to get from A to B.
Security got called on his bullshit
If that's crown property surely Israeli security have no jurisdiction as the crown belongs to the people
The "estate manager" had a whiff of RUC about him
Nevvvarrrrrrrr ( the spirit of Reverend Ian Paisley )
LARGE whiff 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
ruclips.net/video/qEsFtiruIok/видео.html
The fact that we can see this video shows that the sign at the entrance to the private road about no photography is just a request that sheeple will follow and it has no authority behind it.
Nothing to hide nothig to fear......thats what the powers keep telling us.............
Precisely!
Equality is paramount and mandatory, right?!..
The police are "guests" in an English street apparantly.
That man refused to identify himself to you, expected you to blindly obey his bogus commands, and then had the nerve to say that you're required to tell him your name and youtube channel? He could have been the binman for all we know.
He did identify himself as the security manager. By law only the police officers have to give identification in this vid.
@@SnakePliskin762 We're not talking about law, we're talking about common courtesy. The guard expected the auditor to give his name, but had no interest in sharing his own.

We shouldn't have to learn and retain so much information in order to protect our rights and our person, life should be so simple, no loss harm injury and fraud, we've got to get rid of many many laws statutes by-laws regulations etc. etc., being free isn't asking for permission to do something or anything, the whole world is PHUKED UP, 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Quick to act on laws they don't know about. There should be a law against forcing public to adhere to made-up laws.
Can I get cops to police my driveway then?
If you're a millionaire yes , they protect anyone with power or money !
Yes and turn My Spare Bedroom into A Prayer Room and Pay No Rates.
What a horrible guy with his snide comments about your clothing and how much money you don't earn - then pretending to be your best buddy after he's made those comments. He's representing the crown estate and he should do much better.
He couldn't make up his mind whether to be officious bully boy or best friend, and ended up just looking like the nobody he is. Pathetic behaviour, particularly when armed police had showed him how to do it.
LEGALS
I have commented on this before. Two things matter:
1) There must be a sign.
2) No photography for "commercial gain" [s26]
So, as usual, Plod invent the Law. A little knowledge combined with a little arrogance, is a dangerous thing.
NB. Can you be asked to leave by a Constable in Uniform, exactly as he stated?
A) If you breach the bye law? No. But he could take your name and address. However, unless you look like the BBC, there are no grounds for the request or arrest if not given.
B) If you don't breach the bye law. No.
Again, Plod inventing the Law ... because most of the front line are very dumb when it comes to the law.
As for that arrogant man, the Crown Estate Act doesn't provide that power. The ByeLaw has zero link to the crown estate act. none. zip. There is that Act but it determines other things.
Then he demanded consent. Just crap. no law exists.
Then a security threat. Just crap. no Law exists.
ANY HANDS ON IS ASSULT and BATTERY. The threat made is assault. Simple.
Finally, a sign saying "refused entry". That's fine, but that BEFORE you enter and there must be a barrier. And of course that old egg... what does he do about dash-cams? what an utter fool. Head up his Arse.., 😂😂😂
Making up laws and pretending to own property that’s not theirs, isn’t that the same issue that they’re known for already!?

I am surprised he didn't ask for his sia badge cause u can't be security without it even has private companys or am I wrong
I'd say he was doing his job pretty well, trying every trick he knew (act friendly, seemingly knowledgeable, try being a bit threatening, sorry but the law's the law, etc etc, exploring different ways to persuade TLA) to doing what he was in fact technically allowed do.

Technically section 33 criminal justice act 1972 applies, the road is open you can walk from public land onto that street, “Public place” includes any highway and any other premises or place to which at the material time the public have or are permitted to have access, whether on payment or otherwise ”.
At the material time. Land owners always try to flip it but if you manage to get where you are without hopping fences or breaking entry, it's a public place, generally speaking.

Complete nonsense from offset. "Private Road" what a load of absolute twaddle. The crown don't own anything. The crown is a corporation.
Look at his micro expression on saying, " cos you look like your very well dressed" , we nationalists here in the north of Ireland call that , 'the loyalist lip' or the ,Ulster sneer.
@11:38 Security sorts and the police have this strange habit of arbitrarily moving a person before speaking to them . . . it's often from one arbitrary place to another arbitrary place, often just a couple of metres away, they'll point to some random spot 2 or 3 metres away and say "can we have a chat" . . . my best guess is that it's some sort of learnt psychological trick, getting you to move into 'their' space, as well as getting you to acquiesce to their authority, perhaps if you can get someone to agree to one small command, they become more psychologically pliable ? . . . I've seen some hilarious examples over the years, with police officers literally pointing to a bit of pavement a metre away, and directing the person to 'come over here' . . . it's the sort of thing you tend not to notice, but once you do, it's really strange.
Every single time. I could literally set my watch of it.
This Northern Irish guy can't state where in the Crown Estates Act 1961 it gives him the powers he claims and I can't see them in that Act either. (He is just determined to exercise his ego.) If they existed they would be in Sec 6 not Sec 2 (that's Reports & Accounts) Any regulations should be laid before parliament and I can't find any. He went hands on, he's not civil, stick an 'un' on it.

Love it TLA, filming in public is NOT a crime
If photography along the Palace Green pavement was not permitted, would think it would be mentioned somewhere on the visitor & tourist information posted on "The Royal Parks" site. The 1997 Royal Parks regulations and amendments provided also do not prohibit personal and hand held camera use. Entering from Studio Walk in the Park there is no signage for pedestrians. Suspect signs at the gates are a courtesy, not a regulation.
