I think credit is due to the young man on the reception of the police station. He was a very approachable person who handled the situation perfectly. As for the irate PCSO and the two women (both definitely not Barbies) The attitude on display there was truly unedifying. They both came across as particularly nasty and extremely unattractive people. Imagine the poor sods who are married to them!
