Yet again AB proves why the police NEED to be audited. Abusing powers because AB noticed they weren't following their own policy of professional appearance (hands out of pockets). Shameful behaviour. That said its always entertaining seeing the officers after the fact struggling to explain how it was lawful, you see it gradually dawn on the arresting officer that he's messed up and been caught

Please sue them..... the point was when you told the bold idiot to take his hand out of his pocket, just like he told you.... he can't stand the idea of taking orders from a civilan....
Quite. Beautiful irony of AB being told to take his hands out of his pockets earlier, but hated being told to do the same. That, and that alone, was the reason for the cuffs and the search.
If there are signs there, they are meant to be read. You have every right to get close enough to comfortably read them. "Thanks very much for your time sir" is a robotic and offensive comment by the officer at the end.
Top tier, but the rage-gibbon at Solihull was the worst. Gloving up as he swaggered up, frothing and snarling that he would "lose his temper" if not instantly obeyed.
All of those police officers ignored that person cycling on the pavement, which is illegal, whilst trying to justify detaining AB for walking around in a public place, which obviously is not illegal.
They can search if their ‘reasonable’ suspicions are not elevated. If you do not explain your actions, which is your right, they are then allowed to conduct a search. It’s your choice, explain/talk to them or get searched. Simples.

Denmark here .. no, this just show that if you pretend to be a foreigner who do not speak the language, but is snooping around a police station filming and taking pictures of the building and inside police cars, then you will experience counter terrorism policing. I can assure you that if he did this kind of stunt here in Denmark he would not only instantly be detained, but the intelligence service would be all over him.
@@agffans5725 . But no problem for the Danish Police and 'intelligence service' to film and record members of the public. Filming on and from a public place is a lawful activity, lawful activities do not need to be explained to the filth.
@@johnvienta7622 .. We have very little surveillance cameras in Denmark in compare with the UK, but unlike in the UK, the Danish police wear side arms at all times, look and act like real cops (all in black uniforms) and they will fire one warning shot and then shoot you if you wave a knife at them or anyone else, and you do not comply. The dude here would probably have been tackled to the ground and arrested, because he was acting highly suspicious and at first pretending not to be able to speak English, and also did not comply in any way when it later was revealed that he did speak English, so this is where the counter terrorism policing kicks in. After the Danish Muhammad cartoon riots of 2006, and the terror attacks and foiled attacks that followed, Denmark takes any kind of suspicious act very seriously, and you will also be punished for deliberately baiting, "testing" and clowning around like this dude is quite clearly is doing. The police here will close down a whole area of a city if there is even the slightest suspicion, and you can expect not to be released before the secret service know exactly who you are and how you got here. I remember back in 2018 where the secret service closed down both the bridge between Denmark and Sweden, in the direction of Sweden and the Great Belt Bridge between Zealand and Funen, for several hours, on the suspicion of a Norwegian-Iranian planning a terror attack against a Iranian political refugees living in Denmark. The secret service noticed that the Norwegian-Iranian was snooping around, taking pictures of the house of the Iranian political refugee, so they followed him to his hotel, and when he was having breakfast next morning, then went to his room, quickly made a copy of his memory card and left without leaving a trace. Looking through the pictures they found 83 pictures from outside the house, the windows, car park and so forth, so the following day the bridges were closed down and eventually the Norwegian-Iranian was arrested and sentenced to 7 years in prison for taking the pictures and handing them over to another Iranian.

Detained under Section 1 of PACE.......really ! How does the actions shown give the officers reasonable suspicion under Section 1? Another example of BAD policing !!
I should know but, what is Section 1 supposed to say? Thank you.
@@paullancaster7066 Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984, section 1. I was going to paste it on here but probably best you google it (too large). My point is... they may suspect any of the points listed in Section 1, theft, weapons etc, BUT on what grounds? Why do they suspect the offender falls under Section 1? They can say whatever reason stolen goods, dangerous weapons etc but I question WHY do you believe that. What has this guy done to give them reasonable cause? As Stuart Lee said - “Don’t be sarcastic with the police, they hate sarcasm more than they hate crime!”
They are miserable, useless tax funded Marxist organisation that is serving the government and definitely not the public .
👌 Perfectly said.
The bald officer with the tattoo’s was the only decent-ish guy there. If it was just him dealing with AB it would have been sound. The others are bullys! abusing their powers
Tipton's elite force ,peak of physical fitness.
🙄🤣
😂😂
The first officer comes up to a random stranger @2:43 and immediately asks "Do you speak English? I don't know if you are English or not." is as offensive and aggressive approach as you can get. He was clearly racial profiling right from the get go.
He always does, and he always wins :)
The coppers children and other familymembers must be sooo ashamed of this awful gang of stupid bullies!!

If there are signs there, they are meant to be read. You have every right to get close enough to comfortably read them. "Thanks very much for your time sir" is a robotic and offensive comment by the officer at the end.
The last few years they've been doing shady sheet, that's why they're so jumpy
What a waste of our taxes
His time was taken, not given.
My god. Worse lot of cops ever

More so they moved out the way to accomdate her illegal activity, whilst justifying thier nonsense.

The cyclist didn't abuse the Police officers egos.
@@mattychapatti7342 I think it was a mobility scooter, which can be ridden on the pavement.
No it's not a legal matter but a civil matter
The copspalining was hilarious, AB just shut everything down as they made themselves look like complete muppets.
They think they can search as a punishment for not complying.
And the compensation is going to come out of our pockets, not theirs.

They can search if their ‘reasonable’ suspicions are not elevated.
If you do not explain your actions, which is your right, they are then allowed to conduct a search.
It’s your choice, explain/talk to them or get searched.
Simples.

Wow! Five officers for this, and yet when you need them after you've had your stuff stolen, all you get is a reference number.
What a waste of taxpayers money.
Know somebody nearby here that got threatened with a knife, told they was going to slit their throat and kill their dog. They know the persons car Reg, the persons address, they have several independent witnesses and even a recording of the attacker.
Police response... Not enough evidence and not enough known about the attacker.

The suspect has not been identified (even with car reg, Photo/recording and address)
No CCTV (Smart phone was out and recording)

Good to know the police will crack down on you walking and doing nothing illegal but will ignore the knife attacks
According to police 'being reasonable' means to completely give up all your rights and dignity in order to feed their petty overinflated ego.

@@agffans5725 was your father in the Danish waffen SS?
@@agffans5725 Sweden here... same here is Sweden. He would not do that in Sweden. But that doesn't make it right.
The stupidity of these so called policemen is a disgrace.
