@@EvenBigger-Brother My point was in England even if convicted what would be the consequences? Certainly not attempted murder although he literally drove a car towards him and the only thing that stopped him was the kerb, attempted murder full stop in my opinion.
The fact he was out with the hammer that fast despite knowing he’s being re ordered and you have a reg that the police can track in seconds shows he has zero fear of the consequences of doing it and is basically ready to attack all the time, phyco will 100% get someone with that of he’s not stopped.

Its your duty- responsibility to report that idiot, especially as you have footage, how many times has that guy threatened someone with a hammer. He could be the next Yorkshire ripper.??
Manager handled that with professionalism he has lots of drivers and can’t be held responsible for irresponsible behaviour but saying that the way the guy with the hammer acted was out of control and I’m sure not what they like to represent them as a company and I believe they will deal with him in the correct manner👍
Let’s be honest DJ. The reason you don’t announce your intentions beforehand is because you’d then not trigger the resistance that the vast majority of viewers are here to see
Have you nor watched his original videos or other people that announced their intentions to companies. They mostly get triggered by being on their property, then tell the photographer he's not allowed to film, then tell them to get off the property, often put hands on, and often call the police. Since he has stopped announcing his visits he has had less encounters and also put himself on public property/publicly accessible property and then at least not had issues on the private property. It then means people have to leave the private property and confront him on neutral ground. It's a case of damned if you do and damned if you don't. What I don't understand is I travel the world filming places with people and property in all my pics. I see people filming shop fronts, heritage buildings, parks, businesses, etc all over the world and for some reason the UK loses their mind over a camera.
Attempted murder while being in an identifiable vehicle is possibly the dumbest thing i have seen in a while. Also, "going equipped" isn't a smart idea
@@tok1964 Assault with a deadly weapon isn't a change that exists in the UK. This is not America. @@bubbacalling Deliberately driving a car at someone _is_ attempted murder. Are you insane? People go to jail for vehicular manslaughter because they accidentally hit someone. This guy would have hit DJ with intent so attempted murder would be exactly the right charge.
That would probably fall under something like assault with a deadly weapon, or at least causing injury (or worse) by dangerous driving. There are additional rules, such as not leaving the scene of an accident that could get you in more trouble, however, if it does go to court, police generally leaves such things out and just focuses on the worst. I've seen this happen when somebody was killed due to dangerous driving, the guy that did it fled the scene, failed to do drug and alcohol tests, and driving under the influence wasn't his first offence. Only got done for death by dangerous driving, and received a pitiful sentence.

There seem to be a few HGV drivers on here, could I ask some advice? A couple of times in the past year or so I have had incidences of lorry drivers tailgating me while I was in the left hand lane driving at speeds appropriate to the speed limit, in one case 50 MPH as there were extensive roadworks. They were extremely aggressive, and instead of overtaking, seemed to want to drive through anyone in their way to get to their destination. In both cases there was a vehicle in front of me and I was driving at a safe distance from those vehicles, especially when being tailgated, when I slowed down slightly to ensure the stopping distance was enough (did not brake-check). What action can be taken against such drivers? Both times it was extremely unnerving, as the lorries were huge. I also could not easily pull out to overtake, as the roads were very busy. Is there a governing body I can complain to? Contact the Police? I feel there is a subsection of very angry and aggressive HGV drivers who feel the size of their vehicles means they can bully others off the road, like in a Mad Max movie. They need to be removed from the road permanently and have their licences revoked. I am willing to listen to the other side of the argument though, if anyone thinks I was at fault let me know. I was only driving a Suzuki Swift, so not a large car by any stretch of the imagination.

I would most definitely report the incident.
As an HGV driver, I don't want red car man sharing road space with anyone.
If he uses his car like that he most definitely is not of sound enough mind to be in charge of 44 ton of metal.
He genuinely needs to have his licence revoked immediately.
In America that would be attempted murder, it's starting to annoy me how much criminals get away with everything in the UK and the law abiding citizens have to pay the price.
Seen at least 4 u s audits with the same scenario , not all got charged . Furry potato is one that springs to mind . same difference here as over there . its not always a righteous outcome .
@@EvenBigger-Brother My point was in England even if convicted what would be the consequences? Certainly not attempted murder although he literally drove a car towards him and the only thing that stopped him was the kerb, attempted murder full stop in my opinion.
The fact that guy who is plainly unhinged is driving around with a hammer next to him deeply concerns me.
depends on our two tier system with starmer, if he is an illegal it will be put under the carpet !!
@@tedbutler1761 well it’s not like he shouted at a dog is it?
Pulls up, winds down the window, stares right at the camera and shouts " don't you film me" 😂
Forgot how he was going to put a camera into his anus, presumably dry. Crazy.
Imagine possibly going to prison because someone was filming you very briefly.
......legally
What a little muppet can't fight with is fists got to use a weapon twat
The fact that he slammed on and said don't film me 😅
He wasn't even being filmed.
The film can't be used as evidence because you need permission to film people.
The fact he was out with the hammer that fast despite knowing he’s being re ordered and you have a reg that the police can track in seconds shows he has zero fear of the consequences of doing it and is basically ready to attack all the time, phyco will 100% get someone with that of he’s not stopped.
Shocking behaviour! Glad you're OK DJ. 😱
You dealt with that very well I thought. Never mind prison if he hit you, what he did do is imprisonable in my view. Possession of an offensive weapon, affray, dangerous driving, to name a few. His car looked a shed on wheels. Probably has a HGV licence so medical needed. Is he mentally stable ? Drink/drugs perhaps. That is not normal behaviour. Previous convictions for similar ? Probably !. I hope you contacted the police.
That guy with a hammer and driving his car like that is in more trouble than he realises.
Hope so
good I hope
Reported to Police! 🚓🚨 He's in deep shit
Lost his license, lost his job and is probably going to end up behind bars.

As much as i enjoy your video's if you don't pursue this you may as well stop right now, sorry but that guy could kill someone.

Yeah if he doesn't take this futher the videos are kinda pointless
Agreed. And it wouldn't surprise me if he already has!

You've got a duty to report that incident to the police. He needs a word and wake up call from the police. Unacceptable behaviour doesn't even begin to describe that violent outburst.

The camera guy was excellent and the guy in the waistcoat turned out to be a decent guy, thanks.
Hammer guy needs to be arrested!
Please update all your viewers and followers DJ on if you have reported this or intend to report this.

He needs Prison time
Its your duty- responsibility to report that idiot, especially as you have footage, how many times has that guy threatened someone with a hammer. He could be the next Yorkshire ripper.??
its actually an offence Not to report a crime that you 100% have witnessed and especially a crime involving a motor vehicle.
Yorkshire pudding more like! He can’t control himself, that’s no serial killer. Lol.
He’s not able to control himself, he’s more of a Yorkshire pudding!
Manager handled that with professionalism he has lots of drivers and can’t be held responsible for irresponsible behaviour but saying that the way the guy with the hammer acted was out of control and I’m sure not what they like to represent them as a company and I believe they will deal with him in the correct manner👍
Please report that man. He will only escalate if he feels he got away with that. We don’t need him making victims out of defenceless people. 😢

@@rds6962bit of casual homophobia?
Husband you mean?
Waving a hammer isn’t attempted murder, but that should definitely be reported to the police.
Must say its kind of silly to focus on one aspect of an incident when the totality is what would be used in court @bubbacalling
@@bubbacallingit might be classed as aggravated assault, though driving a car at someone could be assault with a deadly weapon….
@@tok1964 Assault with a deadly weapon isn't a change that exists in the UK. This is not America. Assault with intent to cause serious harm, assault with a weapon, common assault, ABH and GBH are the charges that exist in the UK. It could also be classified as attempted murder or assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH).
@@bubbacalling Deliberately driving a car at someone _is_ attempted murder. Are you insane? People go to jail for vehicular manslaughter because they accidentally hit someone. This guy would have hit DJ with intent so attempted murder would be exactly the right charge.
'If you stand in the road you WILL get run over." Really? Isn't that illegal in England?
That would probably fall under something like assault with a deadly weapon, or at least causing injury (or worse) by dangerous driving.
There are additional rules, such as not leaving the scene of an accident that could get you in more trouble, however, if it does go to court, police generally leaves such things out and just focuses on the worst.
I've seen this happen when somebody was killed due to dangerous driving, the guy that did it fled the scene, failed to do drug and alcohol tests, and driving under the influence wasn't his first offence.
Only got done for death by dangerous driving, and received a pitiful sentence.
Police report now! Follow up with this one DJ, that guy a danger to everyone!
Love ya work mate, stay safe though ❤
"I'll have a word with the company" - threatening behaviour is the very minimum here. Perhaps this really need to be escalated and gross misconduct needs to be thought about.
If baldy carries a hammer for interactions on the highway, it would be a public service to let the police have a look at the video.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, it’s always some entitled, miserable old bald fella with a chip on his shoulder who takes it further than it needs to go.
Bet his wife reminds him every night that he is a little weak human.
That car hit him and had to put his hand in the way to protect his body. I hope baldy gets arrested and license is revoked.
