This is what happens when people lie to the police because they can't get you to move away from the public area outside their property. Now this is where a complaint against the company, the police and a lawsuit for compensation goes in. This will then make those cops who came out and handcuffs people so quickly to think twice. Hand cuffing innocent people is not ideal. And when police are called handcuffs are the last thing a cop is meant to use. They are meant to approach with caution and see how the situation arises. If needed handcuffs will be needed.
Weird because I thought I would feel the same, however, seeing those schoolboys in the company laughing and joking about I can imagine what kind of call the guy gave to the police, and the guy who cuffed him explained quite well why he did what he did. The guy who called the police clearly did it deliberately, whereas the police rocked up not knowing the situation at all. For all we know, the guy could be a nutcase and be carrying weapons, he certainly talks and acts like it a lot from what I've seen over the last few days. @@StephenPurkiss lawsuits against the police are truly justified. Clearly you have never really looked in the internet and seen how the cops behave. As news no w Yorkshire said he was nearly tased. The aggression the police had towards him and his pal that day was bad. And all based on a lie. Take a look at his video and you will see. I grew up in Northern Ireland and the police have weapons, not just a sidearm. They had machine guns, and the situations in Northern Ireland I would say were much much worse than England. Considering there were terrorists. And I have seen many encounters and know many many police officers. And they never rolled up with that attitude towards people. Yes they came with caution, assessing the situation every second. But did not handcuff people like in this video. They were wiser, smarter police officers who had to have a very good education before applying, unlike in England. And then their training was intense unlike in England. That's why you never heard an English voice in the Northern Ireland police back in the days. But I heard many Irish voices in the English police. And just like any company that sells you something that's broke you get it exchanged or compensation for it. When the police abuse their powers. They have to pay. Unfortunately their disciplinary procedures are useless. So it's in the form of money. And regardless of how a person behaves to another. When they report a crime, they don't lie. That for a start makes the situation worse..look at America and Europe where cops have guns and they are not as well trained as the PSNI..they end up killing an innocent person. We have already seen the situation over the last few months with a two tier system. And when a person has a knife and uses it..what do we hear? Mental health isolated incident. The cops are that good they can assess a person's mental health in 10 seconds. That's why there is no need for heavy handed cops. Whether he had a weapon or not. Because they now have tasers, stab vests and plenty of cops to every incident. ( Unless it's a burglary) If you treat people aggressively from the start, expect them to be that way. But these 2 proved that they were good people regardless of what words were said. Actions are what people do to harm not words.
@@Noneyabusinessok you pose a good case and it’s true, my standards for what the level of policing should be have fallen to such low levels and given the way some of the public act today I tried to justify the two. It may be a necessary step to take right now, but will it solve the problem in the long run, and if not then what cos there seems to be a big problem at the moment of people thinking clicking petitions and commenting is doing anything, and I get the irony as I type 😂

So what your saying is if someone robs me, the Police shouldn't take me at my word when I say who it was just incase it was a false report? What should be happening is those who made the false report should be reported, however, it is difficult to get a conviction for false reporting and you will find that in most cases unless the person making the false report signs a statement saying what they are reporting as factual then the CPS will not do anything about it.

This isn't America, in the UK to make an arrest there has to be a necessity to make an arrest under PACE Code G. And believe me it's hard to prove that necessity, just because a crime is committed does not automatically mean an arrest must happen.
The UK is a little different. There are times you should speak to the police, though you need to judge that carefully, where an instance can't be resolved on the street it can form part of the necessity for the arrest based on the information that they had prior and the need to investigate it. I don't fancy going to custody for several hours because I could have told them I had a go pro handle and a tripod. It doesn't mean you have to tell them absolutely everything but you can afford some civility. Similarly, answering no comment on interview isn't always a good idea either if something goes to court. You want to consult with your solicitors (lawyers) properly and ensure you have representation, in America you have the right to not say anything, in the UK failure to mention something you later rely on in court could harm your defense and so you are incentivised to explain certain things which could clear it up without having to go to court. Although if you are innocent I'd certainly make sure you do get seen by a judge and don't buy into any guilty pleas or disposals you might regret later on.
@@homeoftheinepttulpagamer once the stop search has been completed here, under PACE Code G what exactly do you believe the necessity would be? If they find nothing, and no crime has actually been commited then there is no necessity to arrest in this circumstance. Even prompt and effective would not satisfy this because it's only a report of someone potentially having, as soon as that stop search is completed and nothing is found, there goes your necessity. All that can be completed as well without being interviewed or saying a single word.

I think you are missing the point whether that is through dickishness as you so eloquently put it or otherwise I have no idea. The guys doing the filming are standing on their legal rights which is what these videos are really all about. If you do not believe in the concept of individual's standing up for their lawful rights and you believe corporations have more rights than people, then it says a lot about you which perhaps you unintentionally did not intend to say but did with your observation / comment.
A better trained force may have given a better situation - I’m unsure court action is the answer though. It may be a necessary step to take right now, but will it solve the problem in the long run, and if not then what cos there seems to be a big problem at the moment of people thinking clicking petitions and commenting is doing anything, and I get the irony as I type 😂

What should be happening is those who made the false report should be reported, however, it is difficult to get a conviction for false reporting and you will find that in most cases unless the person making the false report signs a statement saying what they are reporting as factual then the CPS will not do anything about it.

You will never " talk " your way out of an arrest . Great video. Peace ✌️ , Be Free .
This isn't America, in the UK to make an arrest there has to be a necessity to make an arrest under PACE Code G. And believe me it's hard to prove that necessity, just because a crime is committed does not automatically mean an arrest must happen.
@mattinman7143 interesting , Thanks .
I bet they're like it in their spare time too. Absolute drips.
How incredibly professional this auditor handles the situation

This was a good response from the police. Their initial action was necessary for them, without knowing the danger. They were friendly afterwards and none of them seemed to have an overinflated ego. 👍
Wasn’t necessary at all. They accosted two law abiding citizens, against their will, based on a phone call but without having observed anything remotely illegal. That’s immoral. Here in the states we call that “swatting”.
I’m not gonna lie. You are very well within your right to do what you do. In saying that. It’s kind of dickish. I can’t believe understand business owners being sus on someone on the footpath filming you and flying a drone over. The problem I have is that people can use your footage to stage break ins and robbery’s. I would be super leery of anyone taking photos or footage of my place.
If you don't understand that maybe it would be wise to get yourself more educated.
