Outrageous Behaviour at The Royal Albert Hall - TLA Gets Manhandled (AGAIN)

  • Hi Guys,
This one is a little different, I decided to go have a look at the Royal Albert Hall and I had high expectations, sadly they were to be extinguished by the conduct of the staff at this location.
The Irony of working at such a landmark then getting all upset over a man with a camera isn't lost on me.
I don't particularly enjoy being followed and I certainly don't enjoy being manhandled by security just for filming such an iconic building.
Complaint will be filed in due course. In the mean time enjoy the video

Put your bodycam on and free up your hands-don't let them get close to you or get hold of you, just keep moving about and dodging them or fend them off.
There isn't any justifiable reason why you should allow these fools to accost you-there isn't a hope in hell that they'd get an Aggravated Trespass charge in such an area under such conditions.
    Long Live TLA👊

Look here is the law if they own the property
they can ask you to leave, and if you refuse to leave they can then use reasonable force this is the law.
same if you left your door unlocked and someone entered your house
you are not going have a debate with them.

private place , but also public place , where it is accessible by payment or other wise ,,
according to Criminal Justice & Courts Act 1972 , s.33
The caretakers have the power to remove from said property for a valid reason eg, ASB or harassment which is persistent & ongoing
but it has to be for a valid reason ,, it should have ended but contradicts himself @11:00
now what I see is he/TLA was removed by force for challenging the agency's ASB conduct with intentional harassment
with intent to cause alarm & distress,,
including verbal threats for a mask & camera ,
where harassment is am action taken place more than once x2 or more @14:22 @16:22 @17:10 @18:51
    also
ASB is when it is "persistent & ongoing" where from @17:10 to 24@47 more than "persistent & ongoing" with ""intent"" is a criminal offence
(s.4 PO 1986) and with further harassment & ASB @11:04 (to cause a reaction)
Which then ,TLA removes him self from the ASB & harassment to avoid further conflict , 🤷‍♂
Then further ASB + further harassment returns again is "pursuant & ongoing" with a "battery " commencing
    from the answer
"because I want to" that answer @28:21
is not a reasonable satisfactory to create a battery" with assault" by use of force for your own detriment or another
    also
where others,,, have taken photographs at the same location because, "they want to" =
    is breach of the Equality Act 2010 , section 35 (Management) (3)(a) (b) & (c)

The landowner, or agent of the landowner, do not need a reason to ask anyone leave their property.
If someone enters your garden and refuses to leave, you do not need to give a 'valid' reason for telling them to get out.
If a reason is given it cannot be discriminatory. And by discriminatory I mean covered by legislation i.e. age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.

When you say a man with a camera what you actually mean is a masked man with a camera who speaks to people like shit desperate to get a reaction out of people. If he was true to his cause he would not hide his identity but the downside to that is that he would not get the response he is desperate to get.

Why didn't you defend your self. Don't say it if your not going to do it. They had no legal reason to touch you. Trust me I know. I'm the one that told everyone about the sia licence has to be on display as you like to make a point of. They can only touch you if you are doing something unlawful. There is no grey area about that. Is a fact.

I cannot believe that was security at the Albert Hall, I’m so surprised and incredibly disappointed. I wonder if the security guard who man handled you is ex police only he used the statement (is there anything I can say to make you leave) I personally have only ever heard the police use that term.

Yeah! I once met a man who I realised afterwards was probably an off-duty cop. I said something which I won't go into here, and he said, ''What do you mean by that?'' A normal person would know full well what I meant, but he was trying to get me to say more than I wanted to. Lesson learned!

How ironic that not so long ago they were saying why isn't your face covered, now they're paranoid cause it is 😂 So 11 mins in the manager tells security he's satisfied with your explanation for filming. Then decides to have you followed more or less straight away the weasel.Fancy having your own personal stalker gang. If only there had been an orchestra outside playing the benny hill theme while you were being chased. 🏨📱🚶 🚶🚶🚶🚶 🎺🧍🎷🧍🎻🧍

He was not assaulted under trespass after a verbal request for him to leave is given, if he does not leave immediately at that point reasonable and proportionate force is allowed to be used to move him onto a public place. I get what these guys are doing, but some of them need to brush up on their understanding of trespass law in the UK!
