For those of you who may not have seen it @AuditingBritain has recently published the events that took place when he happened to come across this location last year.

The shocking behaviour of not only the Met but also those at JW3 who called the police is outrageous all for a man simply exercising his right to film in public.
So with that in mind and to stand in solidarity with the LEGEND that is AB I decided to go and film at this location.
Now I maintain that this location would otherwise have gone by unnoticed by both myself, but I also believe AB had he not been treated in such a fashion. But he wasn't, and therefore, not only the police but JW3 need to be educated further on the subject of public photography.
And what did I learn during my experience at this location? That JW3 have failed to learn from their mistakes. They are ignorant to the rights of filming in public and that in some of the things that were said, they are completely wrong.

4 & a half hours, the police kept AB in the torture cuffs, then the arresting officer came to see him & tried to bribe him, by offering a caution, AB stated we have gone beyond that point & a civil complaint will be made, then they invented a trumped up charge to try & cover themselves. Well done TLA for uniting with a fellow auditor and keeping all our rights alive.

After AB's victory in court I have a feeling JW3 will not get any joy from any police response after his barrister wiped the floor with the arresting officer and the JW3 security.

If they had real concerns with security issues they would have Met Police officers posted outside the gates, not a couple of McDonalds rejects.

Sadly, the conduct of the security in AB's video has invited the unwanted attention to the JW3 centre period. Just because you may be security inside that building doesn't mean you are security outside on the public footpath.
The guy who runs the centre started off in a somewhat pleasant way but then his attitude changed because he knew you wasn't going to yield to his beck and call. He certainly missed an opportunity to find mutual ground.
As, for the comments you made regarding people contacting Councils, Police and other government bodies you feature in your videos. I agree when contacting such departments people should be respectful and should not threaten or use bad language, however on the flip side to that people have the right to redress their government departments if they aren't happy with said conduct.
I find it ridiculous when a crime is reported and the police say they didn’t see it so they can’t do anything. In AB’s they didn’t see anything but arrested him after an illegal search, and an arrest under Section 50 because he wouldn’t IDENTIFY.
Every Auditor in the UK should head down here and do an audit. Even a mass audit to drive the message home to all the clowns that filming in public is legal.
One of the officers involved is a comedian and was in full clown character at the arrest. Every officer there was clueless of the laws about filming in public.
They had no idea that under section 43 there is no requirement to give your name. The little girl child had to ask over the phone for the procedure. The section 50 was for disorderly for filming. You can’t make a legal activity illegal unless are brain injured Met police officer.

Thanks for backing up AB and making the point that Photography is not a crime and cannot be turned into a crime just because somebody or some corporate body doesn’t like being filmed in Public !!! The more people that stand up for their human rights enforce these rights and make everyone else aware of the people’s Human Rights and not to have them abused !!! Great work LA and BA !!!
What they dont get is the emails and calls in solidarity with AB is because this places security dosent understand the rights of photographers. Nothing to do with being Jewish. And they reiterated it by AGAIN telling you its against the law to film.

They may have "security concerns" and legitimately so, but this is a free country and the people have rights and their security concerns do not trump our rights. So when "they" call the police on photographers, our rights are violated and photographers get arrested. It is a situation that has to be challenged otherwise over time, we will see those rights disappear.
The thing is, the police should have then said it was legal what AB was doing and should have not been arrested. Not the fault of the building or security.
The fact that the police did not turn up indicates that AB has taught them a much needed lesson.
Doesn’t he realise that a swept up terrorist team will walk by and within minutes make notes on all his entrances and cameras without him or the police ever knowing? They are not in the business of being noticed or questioned.
I do not think he acknowledges or wants to acknowledge his organisation's complicity in AB's arrest
They security guards just don't get it. It's not about challenging authority, getting a reaction, upsetting people or have anything to do security issues.

Now he's trying to hide his face. "Not supposed to be here, not supposed to record" on an english public footpath, because a security guard that struggles to speak english wants you to leave the area of the jewish community center. He certainly wasn't a good representative of anything.
I emailed JW3 to give them some advice and explain why they're on the radar of auditors (which is because their staff keep incorrectly telling people that they can't take photos or fly drones from public) - I did this because from the interactions so far (with TLA and DJE Media etc), I don't think they actually understood what auditing is all about, or why they are the focus of attention. As we all know, the purpose of auditing is to educate people so that they realise photography, or flying a drone, from public, is perfectly lawful (in most cases). I highlighted this to JW3 and the reply I received was quite positive, so hopefully, if there are any more audits in future, their security response should be better. But I think we should also be understanding of the unique issues they face in terms of anti-semitism - the recent conflict between Israel and Gaza has made this more prevalent than ever in the UK, and many Jewish people do not feel safe walking the streets in the UK. I don't claim to understand it all, but what I do know is that there are many people in this country, and all over the world, who hate Jewish people and would rather they didn't exist. So I think we should perhaps be a bit more empathetic to their paranoia in comparison to the paranoia of police officers and their precious number plates. Antisemetic hate crimes in the UK have risen dramatically since the attacks of 7th October, so this is a very real threat that Jewish people in the UK face. But still, it's no excuse for their security telling people they can't record or fly a drone, and I think they understand that now.
Yeah you don't "understand it all". Ever thought that maybe it is (in part) due to their own doing 😆 Also what you're essentially asking for here is preferential treatment for one specific group only.
These flip up youtube auditors are there own worst enemy theres to many now and there all pushing the limits for rights But they are also quickly changing the law the more things come to attention .Thyev already changed drone laws in the year due to youtubers ...And i warned then 16 months ago still good entertainment
@@braddbradd5671 There's no limits to rights, they can't be pushed and also drone laws didn't change due to youtubers, laws were created for drones because people were flying them too close or over airports causing them close.
