- Hi Guys
After the events at Borehamwood I have started paying more attention to council offices, this time I'm at Hillingdon Council HQ where I met a vile security officer.
He decides to assault a member of the public and comes out the the most vile comments. This one has a serious ego problem.

Straight away plays the racist card. What a coward.
Can you blame him? He may have been subject to racist abuse in the past. Don't be so quick to assume
Yes. He is a liar.@@alphacat7353
If your losing the argument shout RACIST, then TRY to claim Victory.
“Alpha 1 hold this position” 😂😂😂 he thinks he’s in a call of duty video game
You're on form, fella. For the protection of the community, that place needs a shake-up.
Again, they’re embarrassed, by the fact they have nothing to do, three people to do one person’s work, no wonder the council tax is so high,
there was no clear signage demarking the area as private, and, as the doors were wide open, there is an implied right of access
The boof fella said clearly that area was private .
The council staff workers were reasonable enough, and deescalated the situation.
It was an unfortunate incident with the muppet security guard. He will probably lose his job
Yep, staff were good. Security was a tyrant, and I too hope that he loses his job
the rodent knows he screwed up... 26.45... you can see it in his face. This is why it's good what you do. Testing is good because we get to see the rodents right out in the open. Rodents like that need to be removed for the publics safety.
You're a good rat catcher brother.
The jokers here do not care about 'complaints' as they are getting paid regardless.
Security for government entities should be in house..it should not be tendered off to these companies that employs these idiots
These are the clowns that increase your council tax and withdraw your services. Love it when auditors hit councils
WOW, these security think they are untouchable, hide their ID so they can’t be identified, unbelievable, pure hired goons. Top upload my mate 👍
I hope you get your conviction against that pound shop tyrant. He does not deserve that job either!
5:13 He just admitted it call the police and do him for Assault That's what you should have done
You will note that those that are honest and genuine never have a problem with cameras as they have a clear conscious, .very telling reaction when public sector workers object to transparency and accountability and start attacking members of the public .
Asked to leave, told to leave, made to leave, you left. Thought you had a right to be there?
On his own terms. When he wanted to.
When did Security have so much Authority, I believe it’s assumed Authority, made to leave 🤣 you watching the same content.
Jobsworth embarrassed himself so badly he had to play the race card. Pathetic.
i thought that was my hair on my screen.
@@NihilisticHedonism haha, gotcha 😁
As soon as they go hands on fall to the floor and demand an ambulance
Him saying "it's a restricted area" doesn't mean a thing being as the door was WIDE open and there was no signage indicating that it is a restricted area
Hopefully you can hold this guy accountable and he learns not to use violence against anyone including his wife and kids.
Definitely needs the Borehamwood treatment.
Accountable for what????
He was using Common Law as agent of the landowner to remove him.
@@MrAndrewFarrow Trespass is a civil matter, not criminal.
They ain’t your friends…stop saying it 🤬
Got to admit, I find that a bit annoying too.
A person making a Documentary in a public building, is abused by the Chief Executive’s private security team in a building paid by public funds, this is not a nightclub, which use bouncers to escort trouble makers or violent people. Mr Tony Zaman, ( Leader of this violent council ) when was this building privatised, I like many others, want transparency, not violence for our taxes. The disabled want to view this building together with the un-violent services, a normal council offers.
The word 'racist' is like ketchup. It can be put on practically anything - and demanding evidence makes you a 'racist.'

It's just a man with a camera, nothing more, nothing less. If you watch his videos again you will see that TLA never initiates any form of confrontation, all he does is react after the fact.
There are far worse people in this world than a man with a camera. 👍
@@Areyouforreal-xd9io I never said he was a photographer, in fact I don't think TLA claims to be one. In the grand scheme of things, it just a man with a camera.
Why are there so many Council "workers" doing fack All. With security backing them up doing more of the same.
It's a Conundrum.
21:27 - a few months ago they were demanding people wear face coverings (and refusing them service if they didn't / couldn't). Now they are questioning why someone IS wearing a face covering. Potential Disability discrimination perhaps.
Council just live of the backs of the workers. There main focus is to tax and fine the public and protect their very lucrative pensions.
Security vacancies seem to be filled with foreign thugs these days doesn't it not. Who think they can tell us what we should be doing. Well done TLA for standing up to these abhorrent thugs. And not getting intimidated.
@@NewsFlashUKTerrorState he looks like the same breed that are scamming us all with phone scams. Conning little old ladies out of their pension with windows security nonsense. Making out they're Microsoft.
@@tonyb1223 He was never given the chance to react to the trespass - hands on - game over.
Nuisance? Clearly you're watching something else... he was well mannered and polite until hands on. Have you been watching too much BBC?
How the hell is it racist to not like someones face?
That also pisses me of. It's the go to thing
Octaga Security Services really need to look into the poliicies and procedures with dealing with the public. This is everyone watching this video hould leave a grat review on their website. please follow this through TLA
Getting hands on was the guys first mistake.
Thinking you'd be a pushover was his biggest mistake.
Great audit fella.
That security officer won't forget his first day anytime soon that's for sure! If he decides to reflect on his behaviour, as he certainly should, then he will i would of thought at the "very least modify his technique" when a member of the public enters a building! If he is given another chance that is!!
Why have they got a £20,000 sculpture in a non-public area, why provide servants these taxpayer luxuries??? Great work TLA
tonywhitworth3246 Yes! I was thinking the exact same thing. I bet they don't even notice it half the time. All that money wasted. Imagine how much money is held in these artefacts that are in all these offices and workplaces across the country? How much does that cost us the taxpayers.Theres a scandal in the making i bet.
I just said this
Our council tax money give it back
Plays the racist card.. How original, the racist card a characteristic of closet racism.
Imagine what that security man would have done if you didn't have a camera recording.
What a bunch oh fools and the big man should be charged , soon as
He uncovered quite a few problems, data breach and the Security Manager was very rude to his own staff who were trying to calm him down.
so sad but you can see the poverty in Britain mostly migrants at the council offices
The Council are liable, as well as the Security Guard. All members of the public are legally allowed a Duty of Care. This means the Council should vet all staff & sub contractors carrying out duties that come into contact with the public. They should have sent him home for the day & investigated this alleged assault, otherwise he could carry out similar action immediately afterwards which would get the Council in a serious situation. …the duty to protect you whilst on the Council premises includes protection from Security Staff, poorly trained or acting outside of the Law
Security are a waste of taxpayers money, clueless and unprofessional, as usual, should be sacked, retired lifeboatman.
'Sock account' - only opened today. @@JohnWick-gr1dt
@@JohnWick-gr1dtdefinitely , plenty of reason outwith the assault aswell
Security guard physically put his hand on you without even having his SIA licence on display should be fired for that
fired @ i would say
He is a compleat nuget, security there is a joke totally unorganised. They all need sacking.
If the sculpture was probably paid by the public, The public are entitled to view the sculpture as it is not for their own private viewing
Strange concept to think
What the thug goon is saying, around the 8:00 mark, is for him and his crony to grab your phone so they can stop you recording them while they batter you. That's how these devious thugs work.
Like this security guard : when a Maghrebi is guilty, he always accuses racism.
That security that assaulted you my friend please report him to the police
They hate that the public come in and film how busy doing nothing they are.. Time they learned that if they're publicly funded the hard pressed taxpayer can see what their money's going on.
Why did you cut the vid at 6:19? Say something you regret. Poor form
They don’t get this public place thing do they. Why are they so scared of a camera?
If you're getting assaulted, defend yourself immediately and violently. Whining that they're assaulting you is a waste of effort unless it's followed up straight away with reasonable force and reported to police (not necessarily for their [in]action, but to ensure lying pricks like that to55er don't try to protect themselves by getting in first).
He is also committing the offences of hindering your freedom of movement in a public place, verbalizing threats as well as assault.
That’s why I do not pay any council tax. I do not pay for wars and crackpots like that
Probably don't work either...
I can't believe how self controlled Security & Staff were.
Yep he controlled them superbly. Amazing what happens when you show you know your rights
Unbelieving ! The Security Guard needs a position at a door at a Nightclub. Although, he likely wouldn’t last long because he labels pedestrians “ racist “ at the drop of a hat. He was totally delinquent. Why would the female Council employee/servant not know she is breaking GDPR while taking photos/ video of a pedestrian while at work ? And it is not high math for the Council to know they need an Authorised Only/Do not Enter etc over the widely opened and accessible doors. Was all a disappointment.
I dont see why the place is flooded with security at the council tax payer expence
Money making scam!
A masterclass in how not to be intimidated by a thug ..Well Played !
How very dare a security guard chew gum while interacting with the public, these security guards are sloppy and incompetent, these security guards are the public face of Hillingdon Council and they bring Hillingdon into disrepute.
It is time to employ public facing staff directly and not rely on the dregs recruited by security companies.
This confirms what I said earlier security should always call management. The management when they arrived where actually quite good !!
why are works of art paid for by us hidden behind closed doors just for the staff ? that needs investigating
True and very interesting, questioned this many years. Even our library!! Many times.
i have just put in a foir and will post the result on here @@kevinthegerbil2708
What is really sad is that he already asked if you were an auditor, so should know better
If you cant go in that area then they should close the door.
Yes the "Knee Jerk" reaction really was unnecessary! Fortunately those who really mattered adopted a more realistic stance with your right to film so ultimately "Brains outweighed Brawn"!!😊
"Absolute Bafoon of a man" 😅😂 love this dude. YOU TELL EM PAL.
I think people are missing the point of auditing…..they all have different styles.
The security guard knew what was going on, so why act like that. If they had left him alone; or interacted differently.. 🤷♂️
Hey.. I would rather have the public audit the government; than they; auditing themselves…
The lady smiled when you told the thug to shut up the adults were talking
The just the staff get to look at a nice sculpture and pictures of their bosses but the public can't.
Great video mate, sue the muppet.
CCTV everywhere and they believe they have the right to stop people doing exactly what they are doing. What a joke !
Well stood your ground buddy 👏
I thought he’d end up playing the race card.
Typical social services 😡family breakers.
Very soon these councils will not be able to afford to employ security guards due to the costs of regularly being sued by members of the public for violence.
The security guard involved in this incident will be moved on very quickly. He is very dangerous and unhinged which is not required in a security guard.
How much longer do you think the public will suffer these animals biting the hand that feeds them? They are going to find themselves being hunted down for their insubordination eventually.
@8:57 _"If you carry on with this line of questioning I'm just going to remove you from the building"_
So he's admitting to threatening to physically remove someone from a public building for talking ?
😂😂😂these guys are so funny, even me an average Joe knows law better than all of them.
They think a secure area has the doors wide open for the public to enter
Why u so annoyed, couldny find a can of iron bru inside?? 😮😢
I hate it their guests here, they get a job but still think there back home its different here .
@@matthewdurrant2552I'm kind of baffled also
He not a guest, he British born
You might end up been the guest, they might get rid of you
How racist 😮
And back home this is true cows walkin the street and people bath in rivers have a look on line ,
Another great audit highlighting how unprofessional and poorly trained security guards are in doing their own job. Has anybody else noticed that security guards are being seen more frequently doing the jobs of public sector workers on the front desks / reception areas of public offices ? Should security guards have access to the publics personal information ?
NO definitely not
Local authority workers are not civil servants. They are public sector workers. Receptionists, in general, working in what's classed as a civil service department would be sub contracted and employed by a company like Babcocks. So there's absolutely no difference whether their job title is security or receptionist. In fact, having a duel role saves the taxpayer money and being subcontracted also saves the taxpayer money in the sense that holiday pay, national insurance and pension contributions don't have to be made by the state. Civil servants have on average a 27% pension contribution by their department. whereas private sector contributions are incredibly low.
Hillingdon Council are a joke in all departments. Putting their residents first, what a joke that is. If you want a repair done, they take months to book an appointment, and then they turn up without the materials they need. When the jobs they do carry out are finished, you wish they had not bothered. The workmanship is discrasfull.
There won’t be a criminal investigation as isn’t in anyone’s interest and camera didn’t catch it so don’t talk shyte - it’s laughable 😂
Is security their reception staff, should they be dealing with personal info, not employed by the council, they are a private company.
Lots of mo ham head "security guards "
How much did the public pay for the sculpture? Why can't the public see the art work we have paid for? Why is it in a Private area and not in Our Waiting room? Why is the comfy seating in the staff only/private area, is my backside not good enough to sit on a comfy seat the public paid for? Public servants seem to think the Building, Facilities, Art and Furniture all belong to them!!!
His first day? Don't make me laugh. So he's violent and a liar! For someone on their first day, he knows where everything is and takes the lead in abusing a member of public. Not ok!
I would love to see the follow up when this security idiot gets charged for assault
Thank you for protecting our rights.
when the female council worker said sorry for the guards action she admitted liability , wow TLA what a storm in a teacup , nice one again
Well done mate you put that racist in his place 😂😂😂😂
When going through the wrong door is more heinous than violence, assault, SIA failure to display, disrespect, GDPR breaches committed by the council.
If they feel they are losing the argument then there is always one card left to play !!
shouldnt of gone back looks like ur looking for trouble, trying to starts something
Got better, you mean.
Absolutely deserved the third degree from TLA....productive day.
" It got your attention though didn`t it Sir ? " Well that`s him admitting his assault.
When will private security guards learn, you cannot put your hands on a person, it is assult and than you can use reasonable force to defend yourself and their is a thing called castle doctrine, it has it roots in English common law early as 1604 and please read it very carefully and then print off and carry around with you at all times.
The same common law that enables reasonable force to remove trespassers?
@@SnakePliskin762 civilian powers of arrest can be found in section 24A pace 1984, this can be found on CPS website and please read it carefully and the reasons.
@@jamesbevan7567 Who mentioned arrest for an indictable offence under PACE? Removing a trespass using reasonable force comes under common law. I suggest you read up Halsburys Law of England vol 45.
@@SnakePliskin762 I have read that section of halsbury law of England, volume 45 and that deal's with squatters and the proper volume is 26 paras 1- 552 and since when is filming and photography a crime and if I see a private security guard putting their hands on someone to the point where it becomes excessive or unreasonable force used, I will intervene and use reasonable force against the security guard and the civilian powers of arrest under section 24A pace 1984 and know they are both linked together.
@@jamesbevan7567 I'm hopng the guard will also respond accordingly using common law self-defence and CLA s3 to the utmost against someone who's sticking their nose in without knowing the full facts. Have you seen the full vid? Its not the photography that's the issue it's that he's been informed he's entering a restricted area. The vid has been heavily edited.
Didn't take long for them to pull the race card
It never does 😂😂
exactly the reason nobody think b.l.m 😂😂😂😂
I'm not taking sides with the security by any means, but you were overly vocally aggressive here. You go into these premises with an air of authority an instantly assume a position of power. I do watch a fair amount of this type of video, but I can't watch yours. You become incoherent when you get on your high horse and you trigger so easily. Yes, these uniform yobs need retraining, but not from you, it has to be done on a larger scale not one on one, as this ( as demonstrated here) creates hostility and can result in violence. It may not be long before you are not The Laughing Auditor anymore!
Are these audit videos about baiting staff and confrontation.! Then when it’s a person of colour try to push boundaries .?? Just asking …
are you a person of colour then

So you turned up for an argument, got one and now pish your frillies. Why don't you just join the police? It's something that goes back to your childhood isn't it?
The person was friendly to you to start with. Then you decide to be a prick to them, there is auditing properly and then there is this which is just trying to provoke a reaction.
Yawn! Another tattooed antagonistic YT auditor with nothing better to do who knows all about the law, just what we need.
Also just to add, the fact that you carried on filming him doing his role comes across as bullying from you. You made your point move on. The fact that you cut the filming on more than one occasion goes to prove you have something to hide. A proper audit does not cut at all. Very very poor this one
@@sean1674 They often cause harassment, alarm and distress Sean and hate the associated 1997 Act of Parliament. Quote it at them and they hate it. Their behaviour with cameras kick it off and they usually weakly respond that a hat or pair of shoes is causing them H, A and D. Only a person can do that (as it's behaviour which inanimate objects cannot display) so enjoy their displeasure. But get it in quick!
Being a prick (which is subjective) to someone is not a crime. If a security guard is this easily triggered to the point he assaults members of the public, then he is not fit to serve in the public sector. What do you think would have happened if there was no camera in action here? We all know what that security guard would have done & then they would all cover for themselves.
@@GusMac6129 But would he also have the bottle to say what he did without a camera? it works both ways. I am all for auditing if done correctly, but when he provokes a reaction out of people he loses all credability. Even talking about his mixed race kids, you could tell he has been waiting to use that line for a while. We did not even see the whole interaction of him leading up to that door and the 'assault' he had clearly been told not to go in the private area but decided to ingnore it, then turn the camera back on. It will be people like him who will end up getting the law changed for the negative in regards to filming in public...
