This overestimation occurs as a result of the fact that they don’t have enough knowledge to know they don’t have enough knowledge.
His threat meets the threshold for an assault under UK law, assault laws cover the use of threatening words (the Criminal Justice Act 1988). He could be arrested for that threat.

I felt a bit bad for the IT guy who seemed genuine and didnt see any harm....he looked a bit nervous as soon as "the boss" came out and said "can't say anything about it"...display cases...such a secretive business.
If I was his boss I call him in for a discipline meeting and supened him with immediate effect and invite him to a meeting to explain his action and apologize to DJ Audits if his refuses then it become a constructive dismissal with immediate action taken.
"Punch your lights in" he could have said something original like "I'll wrap my tyres around your neck" or DJ could reply something like - "You need to take a brake", "put a spoke in it bud", "you been revving your engine too hard bud" and "did you just drop a clutch?"

Yamaha nmax bikes, not sure about UK models but in Asia popular as a big scooter alot of them are 155cc, 170cc, or 300cc i know the UK has restrictions on bikes over 125cc so i guess these are for uk market at 125cc

I do wish people would stop calling those vehicles MOPEDS. They are not, they are Motor Scooters. A Moped by definition has a small, usually around 50cc and a pair of pedals which can be used to propel it if needed. A Motor Scooter will have a larger engine, 125cc to 175cc and no pedals, just like the Scooters in the video.
