We speak to many staff about what we are doing and pause our activity for a long time in the hope to reassure them that nothing wrong is happening.
Eventually, we are recognised by an onlooker which de-escalates the situation.

You have to realise that this is very close to Liverpool and Birkenhead and they have more than their fair share of wrong-uns who wouldn't think twice about driving an uninsured, untaxed, stolen car with no MOT using, at best, a provisional licence to rob the place. They'd steal an 8 grand trailer and sell it for 50 quid so they can buy a bag of crack.

I approve the Director. He was firm and taking front of his employees and his business. He had a normal confusion of the situation when standing front, and politely let it go when understood.

His authority is over fork lifts and such like - not people out side of the company. Rhys is the one in the wrong. And he refuses to understand that, for what seems his whole working life.
They seem to forget that, just as they don't have to reveal any information regarding what's going on inside the property, their entitlement to information finishes at the gate.

DJ gave you 25 minutes of his time. He gave you the same information multiple times because you didn't manage to take onboard what he was telling you.
They don’t listen to DJ’s explanations. Some people no matter what explanation you give them are never satisfied. DJ goes out of his way to put people at ease and extremely polite conversation 👍.

Not entirely unusual, I've worked in places where all you got was a blank keycard. I now work for a company where I have a clock-in card, which never leaves the site, and I don't have it on me.

Watching from Melbourne, Australia. Those coming back on the semi trailer (as Australia call them) most likely have been sent to get galvanised and are now coming back to be finished off. Amazing how many are manufactured and all the finished stock in the yard.

DJ, ive watched your videos and love them, but I have noticed you've changed your approach lately by telling the business owners your filming for a customer and not sure what will be seen when edited. Just my preference but preferred when you told them you filmed because it's an interesting building to you. A little less confrontational maybe??

DJ doesn’t know how the video will be edited. I filmed a 12 week radio licensing course. Two video cameras, the instructor mic’d up, and video training slides. I have no idea how it’s going to. E edited until I get to a specific section.
What audio source, what video source, what adjustments to audio levels, what cut, what stays.
And it’s just a video of a course. DJ’s videos are far more unpredictable.

You'll be glad, not many go for Ifor trailers/boxes because of cost, you can buy a second hand horsebox transporter for less than second hand Ifor horsebox.
To be fair it's bloody good kit, not the cheapest but quality. I thought the manager was a reasonable chap it's not his fault he wasn't a subscriber but maybe he is now.

It amazes me that these people ever make management, as they don’t understand the basic laws of photography.
What’s the link between him running a business and knowing photography laws unless it was part of its role. He has a duty to protect his site which in turn protects the jobs of his employees. If thefts have taken place in the area you can understand his concerns!
