Ok. Training how to go and harass someone. The training needs to be for the phone operators to say "dont be silly". They arrive, the call First thing is to find a car... then use any leverage to infringe rights. Oh yeah. "We were called because you were filming and need to make sure you know how to walk and cross a road safely" great training that is
Making threats for not parking in a designated parking space on the private land of closed nursery should be used as training? How not to harass law-abiding citizens maybe.
Not quite, the bells couldn’t resist talking about parking outside of bays and blocking access and trying to pull rank on drones. Make no mistake, if they had something to nick him on, they would have. DJ far too smooth to give these amateurs anything
One call says " Ive just got home and found out my house has been burgled and the burglars are no longer here " and another says " we are having problems with someone causing problems who is still here " . What is so very very sad and of concern, certainly to me, is that time and time again, these so called security characters have not got a clue regarding the law. Surely it wouldn’t be too much to expect that they are fully clued up regarding applicable legislation currently in force for the very small area that they appear to think they are entitled to “police”. When told that they are breaking the law etc etc, most people will take that as gospel and comply. How Britain has changed over the last 20 years or so. It’s just not nice anymore and I don’t know where we’re heading?
Trespass is common law. It goes back nearly a thousand years. The 'owner' has exclusive rights over land they control. I am sure no owner would permit a fake emergency vehicle on it? I think Mr. Hill trolling me with his 'knicker' comment and ' police spelling' mission is the security guard? I think its my name bothering him? Are you racist Mr. Hill ?
I popped into a police station concerning licensing law,And kiddy copper gives false information because he didn't know but wanted to appear cool,I then went to the CAB Citizens Advice Bureau and they asked a whole bunch of questions,What year you passed your test, dry weight of the vehicle and year off registration

First one was just rude, the second highly patronising, though he did redeem himself a bit the more interaction he had. I bet the people at Toyota phoned the nursery to make them remove the parking permission
I bet that DJ's car reg was taken and passed onto Toyota and the police made note of it. So DJ's address etc. has been checked by the old bill and that's why they were so happy.

I hope their security don't drive that car with the blue light fitted on a public road, because if they do then that would be against the law. EDIT: I wrote my comment and then you brought up the same subject later in your video !!
section 164 RTA 1 (a) a person driving a motor vehicle (other than an invalid carriage) on a road so they have your "keepers details" already....but as it is "within" 15 yards or more of a road (not on a road) RTA section 34 (3) It is not an offence under this section to drive a mechanically propelled vehicle on any land within fifteen yards of a road, being a road on which a motor vehicle may lawfully be driven, for the purpose only of parking the vehicle on that land (permission granted) there is a case where person was on private pub car park , where the police tried to use it as admissible as "public place" as the opening hours were stated on the pub board 11.30 am to 11.30 pm,, BUT the car was parked @ 10:00 am on the private land (not publicly accessible ) before opening hours so section 164 could not be used , they did not see person driving ,, they then tried ASB ,,,only to fail as no other persons in the location thanks for the video ,, very entertaining,, especially informing me/us of RVLR 1989 ,,
Interesting that the people who don't know what the law is who called the police don't get spoken to to be informed of that you are allowed to record but they are telling you the person who does understands that you are allowed to record.
These security guards are legend! One has to feel for them as they lead a pretty dull life doing the job. A video photographer turning up at the gates and we have to respect it is the highlight of their day! Oh and they know how to waste Police time.

@S.Trades I'm qualified to work on the railway tracks.. and have construction qualifications like cpcs cards etc but none of those pay as much as I get in security. Only idiots think all security jobs is minimum wage. There's lots of decent sites, chilled out environment, nice seating area and good colleagues.
For a security firm so concerned about road safety, it strikes me as odd that not once did their employees utilise the pedestrian crossing to approach the camera. Furthermore, Toyata can not be held responsibility for the safety of the public in areas where they have no control over their access, so their claims are farcical.
The way they talk to you as if you’re a child is absurd. Nicely handled mate. I photographed the last aircraft to fly out of Burnaston airfield back when there was only film photography. It was an old WW2 Auster. The sun was setting as it was in your vid. Peace

Well that was a first for me....I have never seen a police officer walk up and identify himself (or herself) without having to be asked first. Then they usually just dip the shoulder out of disgust at being asked! He also knew the law about trespass, and that it is a civil matter. So those two officers scored an "A" from me. It would have been an "A+" if not for the gang badge! Love your cool calm demeaner DJ.

Wish all civil service police officers were like the officer in this video! Fair play to him
My son in law works at Toyota and said that it was big but I never thought it was that massive!!! Enjoyed that thanks alot 👍👍👍
So how much did Toyota get from the UK government and Deby/Shire council to set up here, who paid for the road infrastructure and other stuff? It was Burnaston Airfield/Derby Aerodrome before.
I watch these videos for the positive results you get with your interactions. This one doesn't disappoint.
It's all completely pathetic on the authorities part😲
Embarresing
This security guard was an absolute idiot, he clearly wanted to exert his own self importance. Personally i would have told him to do one , so i admire your resolve .
Jung would be very contented by all this. Havelock Ellis? well.....I am laffin
Yeah, I also would have told him to p*** off. Someone to come up and tell you to go away, who does he think he is.
Not enough praise for good officers on these channels! 10/10!
if they were good officers they would turn up , notice nothing was going on and leave , takes about 30 seconds
Walk of shame
It's actually a non adopted road..for which the land owner should take out a 100 year indemnity insurance.
Roads like this retain publically accessible rights, just like public rights of way.
mmm !!! -that is very Interesting-- and does it still apply if you are driving a "Rover"--just askin' ! --for a friend,of course !
I'm sure a grown man is able to cross a road, pedestrians have right of way anyway
Two great decent, respectful none aggressive cops for once.Just proves there are some good ones be it very few.!!. Makes a nice change. As for the two security guards one a complete moron, the other not too bad in the end.Good upload...Keep em coming..👏👏👍👍
Became a better cop when he realised he'd be on the "telly"
Nice coppers and nice to see the 2nd security officer change his tone when you mentioned the company that he is protecting would expect a positive view of their company in your video. He made up for his sarcasm (although he was being sarcastic when asking) when he asked you if you wanted a hot drink. At least he was looking after your wellbeing. Great video DJ.
A boiled egg wearing 2 masks( neither doing anything) . The things you see in the UK today .......amazing
This should be used as a training aid for the police, this is how it is done. Another thing - what a huge site! Quality video.
That security guard identifies as a 80 year old female primary school teacher
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Nice one DJ ,couple of decent coppers making a good impression at the end there ,big up those two.
PCSOs by the look of it.
@@freetipuk Displaying a POLICE badge instead of PCSO
Not quite, the bells couldn’t resist talking about parking outside of bays and blocking access and trying to pull rank on drones. Make no mistake, if they had something to nick him on, they would have. DJ far too smooth to give these amateurs anything
@@JuxtaPositionings thier standards were higher than the rest of the shitshows i have seen of late .
Yes those two police officers were very professional and decent chaps. No animosity, and totally understanding. Well done gents!
Making threats for not parking in a designated parking space on the private land of closed nursery is "professional? Just. wow.
Another master class on how to audit in a professional direct but friendly manner bravo 👏
It always amuses me how quick the police come to these nonsense calls, when if your house was burgled they would not show up
One call says " Ive just got home and found out my house has been burgled and the burglars are no longer here " and another says " we are having problems with someone causing problems who is still here " . One is more likely to get a police response , the other wont . It all depends how thick the Toyota Security control laid it on when they phoned the police . Sorry , this is one audit where I couldnt find fault with the police .
They serve the rich and the multinational companies, not regular people.
The second security guard has the logic of a two year old. I commend your patience. What possible security threat were you posing? All he had to do was keep an eye open as to whether you were moving on to Toyota property.
And the worst thing about it was the fact that the second security waller, was for some unknown reason, under the utter delusion he was being clever!!🧐🧐 😂🤣
He actually thought he'd outwitted the auditor by keeping him there until the police turned up!! 🤣😂
Thick as shit!!
Thick.......as...........shit!!😂🤣
DJ that was a cracking audit, Well done you are very good at what you do. Cool, calm, and collective.
Collected, not collective. But I agree, he definitely was.
What a loser you are 😂😂😂
Funny how many people mock security. I work in London and get £1175 per week doing security. It's a nice chilled out job, it doesn't tax your body and I enjoy it. There's very good money in security if you find the right places.
People only mock them when they try to flex their authority they think they have stay within the law and there'll be no problem
The second security’s switch up when you said he will be famous 😂
What is so very very sad and of concern, certainly to me, is that time and time again, these so called security characters have not got a clue regarding the law. Surely it wouldn’t be too much to expect that they are fully clued up regarding applicable legislation currently in force for the very small area that they appear to think they are entitled to “police”. When told that they are breaking the law etc etc, most people will take that as gospel and comply. How Britain has changed over the last 20 years or so. It’s just not nice anymore and I don’t know where we’re heading?
Security men like that are Stasi cops
they dont even know their own policy regarding their security badges
Britain is a Pirate Nation. Any dog shit sandwich will do. What they need to know is not even GCSE law stuff.
I just love videos like this to show young adults on how not to behave when you finally start your working life ....thinking your more important ...your badge is public information 👌
Awesome officer. I'm no expert but he seemed pretty much faultless and how all officers should act. Shame about Toyota and the security. First one was just rude, the second highly patronising, though he did redeem himself a bit the more interaction he had. I bet the people at Toyota phoned the nursery to make them remove the parking permission
Spot on Colin 👌
I bet that DJ's car reg was taken and passed onto Toyota and the police made note of it. So DJ's address etc. has been checked by the old bill and that's why they were so happy.
@@TheByard that's a very valid point. A good reason why not to take your car when Auditing, where it's going to be close by
@@TherealHeisenberg75 I'm sure I've watched a DJ video where two police cars kept him in view as he went back to his car, but he dodged into a bush and lost them.
What a nice Police man
Making threats for not parking in a designated parking space on the private land of closed nursery is "nice"? Just. wow.
These guys definitely know who you are. Love these videos and DJ yours are the best my friend. Hopefully you will com to the north west and do some here to. Would love to see you do Airbus broughton. Massive site that employs 6000 people. Come and see the shift changeover from 1pm to 1:30pm. Look how the surrounding roads come to a standstill.
Police interaction excellent. BUT Security were terrible! How you put up with the 2nd clown, well done again!
Making threats for not parking in a designated parking space on the private land of closed nursery is "excellent"? Just. wow.
Excellent video and commentary. You can certainly see when money is no object you end up with a very large well organised and maintained site. The only thing that let them down was the obvious lack of training of their security staff. Hopefully your highlighted interaction with them might go someway to improving this situation. Keep up the good work and stay safe.
Dont eat yellow snow, dont walk in the road, they have to state the obvious like your 4 years old.
'Blatantly walking around' lmao
Why are they wearing face masks ???
Lovely too see that these poor idiots who were definitely bullied at School, failed the Police entrance exams, still live with Mummy and in one case at least need to leave the pie's alone, have found some sort of outlet to make themselves feel important. Ah Bless!!!!!!!!
Cops they just have to lecture on anything. For God sake scalding him for not parking between lines is just UTTERLY RIDICULOUS AND PATHETIC.
But in fairness DJ is constantly criticising others for incorrect parking or not reverse parking .
I didnt see him get scalded, but that would be pretty serious. When did this happen?
Security people think they are above the law! The majority no nothing 😂😂😂 It is impressive how many security dont have a clue about the law about recording or taking photos. Personally you are 1 of the best auditors and I like the way you deal with everyone, simply brilliant!! 👏👏
Are you famous DJ he asked you well yes you are to all of us! Security guy is all over you like a rash near the end because he knows how intelligent you are! 👍 Thank you for uploading! The Police were fine which makes a change.
I've been watching a lot of freedom auditors and youbare my new favourite . Love your Witt and polite manner .
Brilliant police. Well done guys!
I hope their security don't drive that car with the blue light fitted on a public road, because if they do then that would be against the law. EDIT: I wrote my comment and then you brought up the same subject later in your video !!
Agreed, I picked up on that one and in the end he denied he was the driver so definitely something in that.
Which one??
Are you sure about it being illegal ?

THE HORROR!¬
section 164 RTA 1 (a)
a person driving a motor vehicle (other than an invalid carriage) on a road
so they have your "keepers details" already....but as it is "within" 15 yards or more of a road (not on a road)
RTA section 34 (3)
It is not an offence under this section to drive a mechanically propelled vehicle on any land within fifteen yards of a road, being a road on which a motor vehicle may lawfully be driven, for the purpose only of parking the vehicle on that land (permission granted)
there is a case where person was on private pub car park , where the police tried to use it as admissible as "public place" as the opening hours were stated on the pub board 11.30 am to 11.30 pm,,
BUT the car was parked @ 10:00 am on the private land (not publicly accessible ) before opening hours so section 164 could not be used , they did not see person driving ,, they then tried ASB ,,,only to fail as no other persons in the location
thanks for the video ,, very entertaining,, especially informing me/us of RVLR 1989 ,,
Interesting that the people who don't know what the law is who called the police don't get spoken to to be informed of that you are allowed to record but they are telling you the person who does understands that you are allowed to record.
DJ Audits - you are simply brilliant. Please keep em’ coming!
These security guards are legend! One has to feel for them as they lead a pretty dull life doing the job. A video photographer turning up at the gates and we have to respect it is the highlight of their day! Oh and they know how to waste Police time.
It's a really cr@p job. Just clock watching, all day long. Minimum wage, zero prospects.
Funny how many people mock security. I work in London and get £1175 per week doing security. It's a nice chilled out job, it doesn't tax your body and I enjoy it. There's very good money in security if you find the right places.
Great video as always mate keep up the great work respect
For a security firm so concerned about road safety, it strikes me as odd that not once did their employees utilise the pedestrian crossing to approach the camera. Furthermore, Toyata can not be held responsibility for the safety of the public in areas where they have no control over their access, so their claims are farcical.
Please dont apologise for being "a bit stern", it was nice that you were. Good for you!
The way they talk to you as if you’re a child is absurd. Nicely handled mate. I photographed the last aircraft to fly out of Burnaston airfield back when there was only film photography. It was an old WW2 Auster. The sun was setting as it was in your vid.
Peace
❤️
G58 Hi, didn't they fly the DC-3 out of Burnaston aswell? I thought the last flight out was one of those?

That 'Give Way' sign is DEFINITELY an MOT sign! It's a public road!
Woaooowww. I didn’t realise it was so big!! Awesome drone footage! Place is like a mini city!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Its called "The Definitive Map and every council holds them. In the original plans Toyota agreed to fund the maintenence of this road. If Bright Horizons lease, rent, or hire the premises from Toyota it becomes Bright Horizons property in law and Toyota have no say in who goes onto Bright Horizons property.
Yep, commercial leases means the leaseholder has to do everything, and when they finish have to leave it in the state they got it.
I worked on the building of this factory,30 plus years ago,,that security guard has ate a Corrola by the shape of him,✅great audit again.
🤣🤣🤣
Nice to see a positive interaction with the Police. I liked the fact they were offering constructive advice like joining the NUJ for protection etc. Keep up the good work. Loving the content so far.
