I'm in the food industry and the site Manage Dale was absolutely bloody awesome and to be fair so were the ladies at the beginning. The Senior team at GIST should be very proud of their team there 👍
What really stood out was the way the young ladies interacted ...didn't go off or carry on but handled the situation perfectly. Dale was excellent as well. These informative videos are just as good as any that contain conflict.
They were OK. She was initially saying she wanted to see licences and what not though. That's not good.
Great to find a company with pleasant staff and a drone pilot. Big up when he brought you in and explained the business, shining example of how to deal with the public and a great representative for his company.

It seemed like the wind was a bit high to fly David. The staff was friendly and the boss knowledgeable about drones. This was a good example of how a business can get free publicity and present themselves in a positive image. Once again great video DJ and PJ (dynamic duo) 👍👍👏👏👏.

The offices used to be Lloyd Loom Manufacture furniture with Gist established on the parcel next door. In 2015 Daxler acquired Lloyd Looms and quickly closed the Wardentree facility shifting manufacturing to Romania. Gist expanded into the Lloyd Loom facility in 2016 and expanded the office car park. Gist recently opened an HGV driver training centre at their Spalding location.🚚👍

Pleasantly surprised by the manager. I thought he was going to be an ar5e at first but he was a really decent, informative and welcoming bloke. Fair play to him and the 2 female managers (?) too.

Marvellous openness. I used to watch audit vids for confrontation, but that got old very quick, finding out so much about industrials is actually so much more interesting, I can’t turn it off and look forward to new vid alerts.

This is the way to do it, the young girls outside, one a manger, asked you both in a nice way what you were doing, took in side the building, got a higher manger to talk to you , who was nice telling you both about Gist the company, well don DJ and PJ really liked this one, nice one lads.

Really great interaction from all the staff from the lovely young ladies who challenged you to the manager that provided such a great insight into the company and how they work.
The fact Dale had knowledge about drones probably helped him be more comfortable and aware of the regulations so as to not overreact.
If only all the sites you visited were as open and willing to engage in a respectful manner.
