The numberplates are not multicolour but they are still illegal as they lack the BSC markings and are stuck on shaped gel rather than single material 3D raised lettering or moulded lettering.
So many people so full of fear. It's genuinely tragic. Forced by our work culture into jobs they despise, they begin to hate their lives and consequently, feel threatened by anything they don't understand. Manchester seems to have yielded a particularly rich seam of idiocy for you DJ. But are they actually learning? Only repeat visits will tell us.

Number plates are not legal if not marked to show who supplied them or if they are not marked with a British Standard number. It is however permissible to have 3D (raised) characters.
It's the 2 tone colour of the letters they've recently banned I believe, as dj referred to in the vid
